September 15, 2025September 15, 2025: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the recertification of the North Umpqua Project. No appeals were received during the appeal period which closed on September 12, 2025. The 15-year certification term is December 7, 2022 through December 6, 2037.
