June 6, 2023: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued final decisions on the certification of the Hailesboro No. 3, No. 4 and No. 6 Projects. The projects are located on the Oswegatchie River in New York. The projects are now deemed certified by LIHI. The effective certification date for each project is February 3, 2023 for a ten-year term, which will expire on February 2, 2033.
