June 23, 2025May 30, 2025: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the mid-term recertification of the Tallassee Shoals Hydroelectric Project. No appeals were received during the appeal period which closed on May 23, 2025. The new Certification term is April 22, 2025 to April 21, 2035.
