August 6, 2025August 5, 2025: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the mid-term recertification of the Bear River Hydroelectric Project. No appeals were received during the appeal period which closed on July 23, 2025. The new Certification term is August 5, 2025 to December 29, 2038.
