September 15, 2025September 2, 2025: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the certification of the Molly’s Falls Hydroelectric Project located on Peacham Pond Brook, Sucker Brook, Molly’s Brook, and the Winooski River in Vermont. No appeals were received during the appeal period which closed on August 28, 2025. The 10-year certification term is March 28, 2025 through March 27, 2035.
