August 13, 2025August 6, 2025: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the certification of the Skelton Hydroelectric Project. No appeals were received during the appeal period which closed on July 31, 2025. The 10-year certification term is March 5, 2025 to March 4, 2035.
