July 15 2022: The decision to certify the Mattaceunk Project located on the Penobscot River in Maine became final after the close of the appeals period on July 9, 2022 with no appeals filed. The Certification term is from March 1, 2022 – February 29, 2032 with an option to extend to February 29, 2035.
