September 7, 2021: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the recertification of the Otter Creek Project located on Otter Creek in Vermont.  The 30-day appeal window closed on September 2, 2021 and no appeals were filed. Therefore, the decision to certify the project is now final.  The certificate term is January 7, 2021 through January 6, 2026. There are no conditions attached to the Certificate.
