January 6, 2026: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the certification of the Center Rutland Hydroelectric Project. No appeals were received during the appeal period which closed on January 4, 2026. The 10-year certification term is September 30, 2025 through September 29, 2035.
