June 8, 2023: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the certification of the Monroe Drop Hydroelectric Project. The project is located on the North Unit Irrigation District Main Canal near Culver, Oregon. The certification term is February 9, 2023 for a 10-year term which will expire on February 8, 2033.
