1er juillet 2026July 1, 2026: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the certification of the Chicopee Falls Hydroelectric Project (LIHI #208). No appeals were received during the appeal period which closed on June 26, 2026. The 10-year certification term is February 12, 2026 through February 11, 2036.
