2021 年 12 月 14 日： The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued a final decision on the certification of the Upper and Lower La Chute Projects located on the La Chute River in New York.  The 30-day appeal window closed on December 4, 2021 and no appeals were filed.  Therefore, the decision to certify the projects is now final.  The new term for each project is August 5, 2021 through August 4, 2026.
