December 1, 2020: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has received complete applications for Low Impact recertification of the Medway, Orono, and Stillwater Projects in Maine.  The complete application for Medway can be found 這裡。 The combined application for Orono and Stillwater can be found on their project pages 這裡 和 這裡.

LIHI is seeking public comment on these applications. Comments that are directly tied to specific LIHI criteria (flows, water quality, 魚道, etc.) will be most helpful, but all comments will be considered.  Comments may be submitted to the Institute by e-mail at 評論@lowimpactHydro.org with “Medway, Orono, Stillwater Project Comments” in the subject line, or by mail addressed to the Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 1167 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington MA 02476.  Comments must be received on or before 5 pm Eastern time on January 30, 2021 to be considered.  All comments will be posted to the web site and the applicant will have an opportunity to respond.  Any response will also be posted.
