Lexington MA (March 24, 2020): The Low Impact Hydropower Institute (LIHI) has received a complete recertification application from Pacificorp Energy for the Prospect No. 3 Project located on the South Fork of Rogue River in Jackson County, Oregon. The complete application can be found 這裡.

LIHI is seeking comment on this application. Comments that are directly tied to specific LIHI criteria (flows, water quality, 魚道, etc.) will be most helpful, but all comments will be considered. Comments may be submitted to the Institute by e-mail at 評論@lowimpactHydro.org with “Prospect No. 3 Project Comments” in the subject line, or by mail addressed to the Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 329 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420. Comments must be received at the Institute on or before 5 pm Eastern time on May 23, 2020 to be considered. All comments will be posted to the web site and the applicant will have an opportunity to respond. Any response will also be posted.
