最終決定－安德羅斯科金河計畫（LIHI #173-176 和 188，新罕布夏州）中期重新認證

October 27, 2026: The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has issued final decisions on Low Impact recertification for the Sawmill, Cross Power, Upper Gorham, Shelburne, and Cascade Hydroelectric Projects located on the Androscoggin River in New Hampshire.

The preliminary decisions were issued on August 18, 2026 starting the 30-day appeal window. That window closed on September 17, 2026 and no appeals were filed. Therefore, the decision to recertify the projects is now final. The certification term for each project is August 31, 2026 – August 30, 2036.
