Lexington MA (October 30, 2020): The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has received a complete application for Low Impact recertification of the West Branch St. Regis Hydroelectric Project located on the Saranac River, NY.  The complete application can be found 這裡. LIHI is seeking public comment on this application.
