\u5efa\u4e8e1985\u5e74\uff0c\u5e9f\u6c34\u76f4\u63a5\u6392\u56de\u6cb3\u6d41\u30022013\u5e74\uff0c\u8054\u90a6\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08FERC\uff09 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5562 classtoolTips113'>\u8c41\u514d<\/span> \u4fee\u8ba2\u5141\u8bb8\u5728 2015 \u5e74\u5b89\u88c5\u65b0\u7684\u5361\u666e\u5170\u6c34\u8f6e\u673a\u548c 100 KW \u94ed\u724c\u53d1\u7535\u673a\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u5361\u666e\u5170\u673a\u7ec4\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5bf9\u5927\u575d\u6216\u8fdb\u6c34\u53e3\u7ed3\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u8bbe\u8ba1\u66f4\u6539\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u91c7\u7528 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5643 classtoolTips52'>\u5f84\u6d41<\/span> \u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5e76\u84c4\u6c34120\u82f1\u4ea9\u7684\u6c34\u5e93\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u7ed5\u8fc7\u7684\u6cb3\u6bb5\u3002\u4ea8\u8328\u6c60\u5858\u7684\u6d77\u62d4\u7531\u4e00\u4e2a <span Massachusetts Ave, Office 407, Arlington, MA 02476\u3002\u6240\u6709\u7533\u8bf7\u90fd\u5c06\u53d1\u5e03\u5728\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5c06\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u56de\u590d\uff0c\u56de\u590d\u4e5f\u5c06\u53d1\u5e03\u3002 <strong>\u8bf7\u6c42\u5fc5\u987b\u5728 2021 \u5e74 6 \u6708 17 \u65e5\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e1c\u90e8\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u70b9\u4e4b\u524d\u6536\u5230\u3002<\/strong> Institute, 1167 Massachusetts Avenue, Office 407, Arlington, MA 02476\u3002 <strong>\u610f\u89c1\u5fc5\u987b\u5728 2021 \u5e74 4 \u6708 24 \u65e5\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e1c\u90e8\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u70b9\u4e4b\u524d\u9001\u8fbe\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff0c\u624d\u4f1a\u88ab\u8003\u8651\u3002<\/strong> \u6240\u6709\u8bc4\u8bba\u90fd\u5c06\u53d1\u5e03\u5230\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5c06\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u4f5c\u51fa\u56de\u5e94\u3002\u6240\u6709\u56de\u5e94\u4e5f\u5c06\u53d1\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2015\u5e7412\u670824\u65e5
