6\u53f7\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u4e09\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u6700\u4e0a\u6e38\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6cb3\u6d41\u82f1\u91cc\uff08RM\uff0968.2\u5904\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e3a <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5562 classtoolTips113'>\u8c41\u514d<\/span> \u7531\u8054\u90a6\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e8e1981\u5e749\u670817\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u3002<br \/>\n\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\uff081\uff09\u4e00\u5ea710\u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u3001150\u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u7684\u94a2\u7b4b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u91cd\u529b\u6ea2\u6d41\u5f0f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5545 classtoolTips158'>\u575d<\/span> \u5c71\u9876\u6d77\u62d4 487 \u82f1\u5c3a <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5605 \u6b63\u5e38\u6c34\u9762\u9ad8\u7a0b\u4e0b\u5e93\u5bb9\u53ef\u5ffd\u7565\u4e0d\u8ba1\u7684\u6c34\u5e93\uff1b(3) \u4e00\u4e2a 40 \u82f1\u5c3a\u5bbd\u300170 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u7684\u8fdb\u6c34\u53e3\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5578 classtoolTips153'>\u95e8<\/span> \u4ee5\u53ca\u5357\u5cb8\uff08\u5de6\u5cb8\uff09\u7684\u5783\u573e\u67b6\uff1b\uff084\uff09 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5624 classtoolTips102'>\u53d1\u7535\u7ad9<\/span> \u5305\u542b\u4e24\u4e2a\u989d\u5b9a\u529f\u7387\u5206\u522b\u4e3a 800 \u9a6c\u529b\u548c 500 \u9a6c\u529b\u7684\u6da1\u8f6e\u673a\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u4e24\u4e2a\u989d\u5b9a\u529f\u7387\u5206\u522b\u4e3a 550 \u5343\u74e6 (kW) \u548c 350 kW \u7684\u53d1\u7535\u673a\uff0c <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5581 classtoolTips154'>\u5934<\/span> 19 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u6d41\u91cf\u4e3a 700 \u7acb\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\/\u79d2 (cfs)\uff1b(5) \u4e00\u6761\u77ed\u5c3e\u6c34\u6e20\uff1b(6) \u7535\u6c14\u5f00\u5173\u8bbe\u5907\uff1b(7) \u4e00\u6761 75 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u7684 2.3 \u5343\u4f0f (kV) \u8f93\u7535\u7ebf\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca (8) \u9644\u5c5e\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002\u9ed1\u5c14\u65af\u4f2f\u52d2 6 \u53f7\u6c34\u7535\u7ad9\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e3a 900 \u5343\u74e6\uff0c\u8fd0\u884c\u5728 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5643 classtoolTips52'>\u5f84\u6d41<\/span> \uff08ROR\uff09\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u5927\u575d\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u77ed\u7684\u7ed5\u884c\u6cb3\u6bb5\uff0c\u957f\u7ea6 350 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Hailesboro 4 \u53f7\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e RM 67.7\uff0c\u8ddd Hailesboro 6 \u53f7\u4e0b\u6e38\u7ea6 0.5 \u82f1\u91cc\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6839\u636e FERC \u4e8e 2002 \u5e74 10 \u6708 30 \u65e5\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u8be5\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u4e8e 2012 \u5e74 9 \u6708 19 \u65e5\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4fee\u8ba2\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec (1) \u4e00\u5ea7\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u91cd\u529b\u575d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a(i) 105 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u300114 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u5927\u575d #1\uff0c\u9876\u90e8\u662f 2 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u6c14\u52a8 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5542 classtoolTips95'>\u9876\u95e8<\/span>\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca (ii) 58 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u30015 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u5927\u575d #2\uff0c\u9876\u90e8\u6709 2 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u6728\u7ed3\u6784 \u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26\u95e8\u63a7\u8fdb\u6c34\u53e3\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5176\u94a2\u5236\u62e6\u6c61\u6805\u51c0\u8ddd\u4e3a 1.75 \u82f1\u5bf8\uff1b(4) \u4e00\u4e2a 170 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u886c\u780c\u524d\u6c60 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5537 classtoolTips143'>\u8fd0\u6cb3<\/span> \u8bbe\u6709\u6c34\u95f8\uff1b\uff085\uff09\u4e00\u5ea7\u94a2\u7b4b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u548c\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u780c\u4f53\u53d1\u7535\u7ad9\uff0c\u5185\u6709\u4e24\u53f0\u6c34\u5e73\u5b89\u88c5\u3001\u53cc\u8f6c\u8f6e\u5f17\u6717\u897f\u65af\u5f0f\u6c34\u8f6e\u53d1\u7535\u673a\u7ec4\uff1b\u4e00\u53f0 \u4f4d\u4e8e\u5965\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u5947\u6cb3\u5c9b\u5c7f\u652f\u6d41\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u7684\u5927\u575d\uff08\u5c9b\u5c7f\u652f\u6d41\u5830\uff09\uff0c\u9876\u90e8\u88c5\u67091\u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u6728\u5236\u6321\u6c34\u677f\uff0c\u5e76\u8bbe\u6709\u7f3a\u53e3\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u6d41\u51650.4\u82f1\u91cc\u957f\u7684\u7ed5\u884c\u6cb3\u6bb5\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6d41\u91cf\u4e3a30\u7acb\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\/\u79d2\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u91c7\u7528\u81ea\u52a8ROR\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u6c60\u5858\u6c34\u4f4d\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u5c9b\u5c7f\u652f\u6d41\u5830\u4e0a\u7684\u7f3a\u53e3\u4fdd\u8bc1\u6d41\u5165\u5c9b\u5c7f\u652f\u6d41\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6d41\u91cf\u4e3a30\u7acb\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\/\u79d2\u3002\u6700\u4f4e\u6d41\u91cf\u4f4e\u4e8e <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5545 classtoolTips158'>\u575d<\/span> #1 \u5927\u575d\u548c #2 \u5927\u575d\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u5206\u522b\u4e3a 20 \u7acb\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\/\u79d2\u548c 8 \u7acb\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\/\u79d2\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u9879\u76ee\u6c34\u8d28\u8ba4\u8bc1 (WQC) \u8fdb\u884c\u5b63\u8282\u6027\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u5c3e\u6c34\u76f4\u63a5\u6392\u5165\u9ed1\u5c14\u65af\u4f2f\u52d2 3 \u53f7\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u524d\u6c60\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ed1\u5c14\u65af\u4f2f\u52d2 3 \u53f7\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e RM 67.5\uff0c\u8ddd\u9ed1\u5c14\u65af\u4f2f\u52d2 4 \u53f7\u4e0b\u6e38\u7ea6 0.25 \u82f1\u91cc\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6839\u636e FERC \u4e8e 1982 \u5e74 7 \u6708 14 \u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u8c41\u514d\u6761\u6b3e\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u5e76\u7ecf 1998 \u5e74 6 \u6708 11 \u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u7684 FERC \u547d\u4ee4\u4fee\u8ba2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\uff081\uff09\u4e00\u5ea7\u9ad8 16 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3001\u957f 68 \u82f1\u5c3a\u7684\u94a2\u7b4b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5927\u575d\uff0c\u575d\u9876\u6709 24 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u7684 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5651 classtoolTips116'>\u6cc4\u6d2a\u9053<\/span> \u9876\u5cf0\u9ad8\u7a0b 427.2 \u82f1\u5c3a NGVD \u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5de6\u4fa7\uff08\u5357\uff09\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fdb\u6c14\u53e3\u90e8\u5206 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5514 classtoolTips118'>\u90bb\u63a5<\/span> \u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u53f3\u6865\u53f0\u7684\u95f8\u95e8\u6cc4\u6c34\u9053\u6bb5\uff1b(2) \u4e00\u4e2a\u6c34\u9762\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a 6.5 \u82f1\u4ea9\u7684\u6c34\u5e93\uff0c\u5728 427.2 \u82f1\u5c3a NGVD \u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u6c34\u9762\u9ad8\u7a0b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5e93\u5bb9\u53ef\u5ffd\u7565\u4e0d\u8ba1\uff1b(3) \u4e00\u4e2a\u6728\u95e8\u8fdb\u6c34\u53e3\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u957f 90 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u76f4\u5f84 9 \u82f1\u5c3a <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5619 classtoolTips124'>\u538b\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1<\/span>\uff0c\u4e00\u6761 95 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u30018.5 \u82f1\u5c3a\u76f4\u5f84\u7684\u538b\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u88c5\u6709\u4e24\u53f0\u6da1\u8f6e\u673a\u7ec4\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u8fdb\u6c34\u7bb1\uff1b(4) \u4e00\u5ea7\u88c5\u6709\u4e24\u53f0 500 \u5343\u74e6\u53d1\u7535\u673a\u7ec4\u7684\u53d1\u7535\u5382\uff1b(5) \u4e00\u6761\u5c3e\u6c34\u6e20\uff1b(5) \u4e00\u5ea7\u53d8\u7535\u7ad9\uff1b(6) \u9644\u5c5e\u8bbe\u65bd\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca (7) \u4e00\u6761 0.25 \u82f1\u91cc\u957f\u7684 2.3 \u5343\u4f0f\u8f93\u7535\u7ebf\u8def\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e3a 1,000 \u5343\u74e6\uff0c\u4ee5 ROR \u6a21\u5f0f\u8fd0\u884c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5411\u7ea6 200 \u82f1\u5c3a\u957f\u7684\u65c1\u8def\u6cb3\u6bb5\u63d0\u4f9b\u81f3\u5c11 3
