\u70ba\u4f4d\u65bc\u7dec\u56e0\u5dde\u85a9\u79d1\u6cb3\u7684\u65af\u51f1\u723e\u9813\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u3002  LIHI \u6b63\u5728\u5c31\u6b64\u7533\u8acb\u5fb5\u6c42\u516c\u773e\u610f\u898b\u3002\u5177\u9ad4\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u8a8d\u70ba\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u8a72\u6a19\u6e96\u5df2\u5728\u9996\u6b21\u7533\u8acb\u6642\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7248\u624b\u518a\u4e2d\u4fee\u8a02\u3002\u8acb\u67e5\u770b LIHI \u7684\u8a08\u5283\u548c\u6a19\u6e96 <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Password-Protected-2nd-Edition-Handbook-Rev.-2.05-2022-01-01.pdf\">\u624b\u518a\u4fee\u8a02\u7248 \u6a19\u6e96\uff08\u6d41\u91cf\u3001\u6c34\u8cea\u3001 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5566 classtoolTips59'>\u9b5a\u9053<\/span>\u7b49\u7b49\uff09\u5c07\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u4f46\u6240\u6709\u8a55\u8ad6\u90fd\u6703\u88ab\u8003\u616e\u3002\u610f\u898b\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u7d66\u7814\u7a76\u6240 Hydropower Institute\uff0c\u5730\u5740\u70ba 68 Harrison Ave Ste 605, PMB 113938 Boston, Massachusetts 02111-1929\u3002\u00a0 <strong>\u8a55\u8ad6\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2025 \u5e74 5 \u6708 5 \u65e5\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u6216\u4e4b\u524d\u6536\u5230<\/strong>\u00a0\u4e88\u4ee5\u8003\u616e\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8a55\u8ad6\u90fd\u5c07\u767c\u4f48\u5230\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u88ab\u767c\u5e03\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March
