\u4f4d\u65bc\u99ac\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u5947\u79d1\u76ae\u6cb3\u4e0a\u7684\u56db\u500b LIHI \u8a8d\u8b49\u9805\u76ee\u6536\u5230\u4e86\u5c0d\u5176 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5565 classtoolTips152'>\u806f\u90a6\u80fd\u6e90\u76e3\u7ba1\u59d4\u54e1\u6703<\/span> 2023 \u5e74 3 \u6708 13 \u65e5\u7372\u5f97\u8c41\u514d\u3002\u8a72\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u6388\u6b0a\u5c0d\u6bcf\u500b\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u9032\u884c\u8b8a\u66f4 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5617 classtoolTips132'>\u9054\u5230\u5cf0\u503c<\/span> \u5230 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5643 classtoolTips52'>\u5f91\u6d41<\/span> \u96a8\u8457\u4e00\u4e9b\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u65c1\u8def\u9054\u5230\u6700\u4f4e\u6d41\u91cf\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u6839\u64da\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7248 LIHI \u624b\u518a 2.05 \u7248\u7b2c 5.3.4 \u7bc0\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u767c\u5e03 FERC <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5562 classtoolTips113'>\u8c41\u514d<\/span> \u5f71\u97ff LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u4fee\u8a02\u69cb\u6210\u201c\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u5316\u201d\uff0c\u4e26\u89f8\u767c\u4e2d\u671f LIHI \u8a8d\u8b49\u5be9\u67e5\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5c08\u6848\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u4ee5\u6388\u4e88\u65b0\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u76ee\u524d\u8a8d\u8b49\u689d\u6b3e\u5c1a\u672a\u5230\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8acb\u4eba Central Rivers Power, MA, LLC\uff08LS Power\/Patriot Hydro, LLC \u7684\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\uff09\u5df2\u63d0\u4ea4\u8207 FERC \u8c41\u514d\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u71df\u904b\u8b8a\u66f4\u6458\u8981\u3002\u6587\u4ef6\u53ef\u5728\u6bcf\u500b\u9805\u76ee\u7db2\u9801\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u6587\u4ef6\u90e8\u5206\u627e\u5230\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-170-dwight-project-massachusetts\/\">\u5fb7\u61f7\u7279 \u2013 LIHI #170<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6b63\u5728\u958b\u653e\u70ba\u671f 60 \u5929\u7684\u516c\u773e\u610f\u898b\u5fb5\u8a62\u671f\uff0c\u4ee5\u5141\u8a31\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u5c0d\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u3002\u6240\u6709\u6536\u5230\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u90fd\u5c07\u7d0d\u5165\u4e2d\u671f\u5be9\u67e5\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u767c\u4f48\u5728 LIHI \u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e26\u7d0d\u5165\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4e2d\u3002\u00a0 <strong>\u8a55\u8ad6\u53ef\u5bc4\u81f3 <a
