2021\u5e741\u67086\u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240 (LIHI) \u5df2\u521d\u6b65\u6279\u51c6\u5c0d\u897f\u652f\u8056\u745e\u5409\u65af\u8a08\u756b (LIHI #27) \u9032\u884c\u70ba\u671f 5 \u5e74\u7684\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002\u6b64\u8a08\u756b\u4f4d\u65bc\u7d10\u7d04\u8056\u745e\u5409\u65af\u6cb3\u897f\u652f\u3002\u6b64\u8a8d\u8b49\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u689d\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n

\u689d\u4ef6\u4e00\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0 \u5982\u679c\u5728 Parishville \u6cbf\u7dda\u9032\u884c\u7dad\u8b77\u6d3b\u52d5 \u767c\u96fb\u7ad9<\/span> \u5982\u679c\u9053\u8def\u548c\u7ba1\u9053\u901a\u884c\u6b0a\u767c\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5927\u9762\u7a4d\u4f7f\u7528\u9664\u8349\u5291\u3001\u62d3\u5bec\u9053\u8def\u6216\u5728\u9053\u8def\u9644\u8fd1\u586b\u5145\u5df2\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u8568\u985e\u838e\u8349\u690d\u7269\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u5c31\u8a72\u7269\u7a2e\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u5f71\u97ff\u8aee\u8a62\u7d10\u7d04\u5dde\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u90e8\u3002\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u5728 LIHI \u5e74\u5ea6\u5408\u898f\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e2d\u5831\u544a\u4efb\u4f55\u6b64\u985e\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8aee\u8a62\u7d50\u679c\u548c\u5982\u679c\u5728\u73fe\u5834\u767c\u73fe\u8a72\u7269\u7a2e\uff0c\u5247\u57f7\u884c NYSDEC \u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4fdd\u8b77\u8a72\u7269\u7a2e\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 \u5929\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4e0a\u8a34\u9700\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u95dc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u4f55\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u767c\u9001\u81f3 comments@lowimpacthydro.org <\/a>\u8acb\u5728\u4e3b\u65e8\u6b04\u8a3b\u660e\u201cWest Branch St. Regis Project\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3 Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8acb\u6c42\u90fd\u5c07\u767c\u4f48\u5728\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u88ab\u516c\u4f48\u3002 \u8acb\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2021 \u5e74 2 \u6708 5 \u65e5\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u6536\u5230\u3002 <\/strong>\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u7a3f\u4eba\u5831\u544a\u53ef\u4f9b\u4f7f\u7528 \u9019\u88e1\u3002<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
