2 \u865f\u8a08\u756b\uff08LIHI #51\uff09\u7372\u5f97\u65b0\u7684 5 \u5e74\u671f\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002\u8a72\u8b49\u66f8\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u689d\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u689d\u4ef6\u4e00\uff1a <\/strong>\u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u95dc\u4e0a\u6e38\u6216\u4e0b\u6e38\u4efb\u4f55\u6a5f\u69cb\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u60c5\u6cc1 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5566 classtoolTips59'>\u9b5a\u9053<\/span> \u4f5c\u70ba\u5176\u5411 LIHI \u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u72c0\u614b\u66f4\u65b0\u61c9\u5305\u542b\u4efb\u4f55\u76f8\u95dc\u901a\u8a0a\u548c\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u526f\u672c\u6216\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u5e74\u5167\u672a\u767c\u751f\u4efb\u4f55\u8b8a\u66f4\u7684\u8072\u660e\u3002\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5168\u529b\u914d\u5408\u5dde\u548c\u806f\u90a6\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4efb\u4f55\u7814\u7a76\u5c0e\u81f4\u8a72\u8a2d\u65bd\u51fa\u73fe\u65b0\u7684\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u5728 60 \u5929\u5167\u901a\u77e5 LIHI\u3002 LIHI \u4fdd\u7559\u6839\u64da\u65b0\u6a5f\u69cb\u5efa\u8b70\u4fee\u6539\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 \u5929\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4e0a\u8a34\u9700\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u95dc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u4f55\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u767c\u9001\u81f3 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> \u4e3b\u984c\u884c\u70ba\u201c\u963f\u80af\u8272\u5dde\u5927\u58e9\u8a08\u756b\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff0c\u5730\u5740\u70ba\uff1a329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u516c\u4f48\u3002 <strong>\u7533\u8acb\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2020 \u5e74 9 \u6708 19 \u65e5\u7f8e\u570b\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u6536\u5230<\/strong>\u3002\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u6838\u5831\u544a\u5747\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-51-arkansas-river-dam-no-2-hydroelectric-project-arkansas\/\">\u9019\u88e1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u6536\u5230\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u4e14\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6210\u70ba\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u5247\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u70ba
