\u65e5\uff09\uff1a&nbsp;<\/strong> \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240 (LIHI) \u5df2\u521d\u6b65\u6279\u51c6\u97cb\u723e\u6cb3\u8a08\u756b (LIHI #47) \u7372\u5f97\u65b0\u7684 5 \u5e74\u671f\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002\u6b64\u8a8d\u8b49\u5305\u542b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u689d\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u689d\u4ef6\u4e00\uff1a<\/strong> \u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u5728\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u5f8c\u7684 6 \u500b\u6708\u5167\u8aee\u8a62\u7f8e\u570b\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u5b9a\u5373\u6642 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5643 classtoolTips52'>\u5f91\u6d41<\/span> \u670d\u52d9\u90e8\u9580\u6839\u64da\u300a\u806f\u90a6\u96fb\u529b\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c 30(C) \u689d\u5efa\u8b70\u7684\u76e3\u6e2c\u548c\u7dad\u8b77\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5565 classtoolTips152'>\u806f\u90a6\u80fd\u6e90\u76e3\u7ba1\u59d4\u54e1\u6703<\/span> 2017\u5e748\u6708\u547d\u4ee4\u4fee\u8a02 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5562 classtoolTips113'>\u8c41\u514d<\/span>\u4ecd\u7136\u9700\u8981\u3002\u8aee\u8a62\u7d50\u679c\u61c9\u5728\u5e74\u5ea6\u5408\u898f\u6027\u63d0\u4ea4\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d66 LIHI\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3\u554f\u984c\u89e3\u6c7a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u7121\u9700\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u5728\u78ba\u5b9a\u5f8c 3 \u500b\u6708\u5167\u5411 FERC \u63d0\u4ea4\u6a5f\u69cb\u540c\u610f\u66f8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4ecd\u7136\u9700\u8981\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u5236\u5b9a\u4e00\u4efd\u8a08\u5283\u8349\u6848\u4f9b\u6a5f\u69cb\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u8a08\u5283\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c 60 \u5929\u5167\u5411 LIHI \u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u7d42\u8a08\u5283\u526f\u672c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6a5f\u69cb\u5c0d\u8349\u6848\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u610f\u898b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u689d\u4ef62\uff1a<\/strong> \u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u5347\u7d1a\u5f8c\u70ba\u671f\u4e09\u5e74\u7684\u6c34\u8cea\u76e3\u6e2c\u8a08\u756b\u65bc2020\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u9032\u884c\u3002\u76e3\u6e2c\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u8cc7\u6e90\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u610f\u898b\u548c\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u7de9\u89e3\u63aa\u65bd\u5efa\u8b70\u61c9\u5728\u5e74\u5ea6\u7814\u7a76\u5831\u544a\u767c\u5e03\u5f8c60\u5929\u5167\u63d0\u4ea4\u7d66LIHI\u3002 LIHI\u4fdd\u7559\u6839\u64da\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u91cd\u65b0\u8a55\u4f30\u6216\u64a4\u92b7\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u689d\u4ef63\uff1a <\/strong>&nbsp;\u5982\u679c\u5728 LIHI \u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u8a2d\u65bd\u56e0\u7dad\u8b77\u6216\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u767c\u751f\u6c34\u4f4d\u4e0b\u964d\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u8aee\u8a62 MDFW\uff0c\u4e26\u88fd\u5b9a\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5dde\u7d1a\u5217\u5165\u540d\u9304\u7684\u8cbd\u8c9d\u7269\u7a2e\u4fdd\u8b77\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b77\u5dde\u7d1a\u5217\u5165\u540d\u9304\u7684\u8cbd\u8c9d\u53ca\u5176\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u5728 MDFW \u6279\u51c6\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u5f8c 60 \u5929\u5167\uff0c\u5411 LIHI \u63d0\u4ea4\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u6a5f\u69cb\u8aee\u8a62\u610f\u898b\u7684\u526f\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 \u5929\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4e0a\u8a34\u9700\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u95dc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u4f55\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u767c\u9001\u81f3 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> \u90f5\u4ef6\u4e3b\u65e8\u8acb\u8a3b\u660e\u201c\u97cb\u723e\u6cb3\u8a08\u756b\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff0c\u5730\u5740\uff1a329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420\u3002\u6240\u6709\u7533\u8acb\u90fd\u5c07\u767c\u4f48\u5728\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u590d\uff0c\u56de\u5fa9\u4e5f\u5c07\u767c\u5e03\u3002 <strong>\u7533\u8acb\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2020 \u5e74 5 \u6708 31 \u65e5\u7f8e\u570b\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u6536\u5230<\/strong>\u3002\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u6838\u5831\u544a\u5747\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-47-ware-river-hydroelectric-company-project-ferc-3127\/\">\u9019\u88e1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u6536\u5230\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u4e14\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6210\u70ba\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u5247\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u70ba
