{"id":2242,"date":"2020-03-17T20:46:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T00:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/?p=2242"},"modified":"2020-09-17T12:28:44","modified_gmt":"2020-09-17T16:28:44","slug":"preliminary-decision-recertification-of-greggs-falls-lihi-120","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/preliminary-decision-recertification-of-greggs-falls-lihi-120\/","title":{"rendered":"\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a - \u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49 Gregg&#039;s Falls\uff0cLIHI #120"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u9ebb\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u5217\u524b\u661f\u6566\uff082020 \u5e74 3 \u6708 17 \u65e5\uff09\uff1a&nbsp;<\/strong> 2020 \u5e74 3 \u6708 16 \u65e5\uff0c\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240 (LIHI) \u521d\u6b65\u6279\u51c6\u683c\u96f7\u683c\u7011\u5e03\u8a08\u756b (LIHI #120) \u7372\u5f97\u65b0\u7684 8 \u5e74\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u3002\u6b64\u8b49\u66f8\u5305\u542b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u689d\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u689d\u4ef6\u4e00\uff1a <\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u5728 LIHI \u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9593\u6536\u5230 FWS \u6216 NHFG \u7684\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4e0a\u6e38\u6216\u4e0b\u6e38\u901a\u884c\uff0c\u5247\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u5728\u901a\u77e5\u5f8c 90 \u5929\u5167\u901a\u77e5 LIHI\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5e74\u5ea6\u5408\u898f\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u95dc\u6a5f\u69cb\u8aee\u8a62\u72c0\u614b\u3001\u9032\u884c\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u8a08\u5283\u548c\u5be6\u65bd\u6642\u9593\u8868\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 \u5929\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4e0a\u8a34\u9700\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u95dc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u4f55\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u767c\u9001\u81f3 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> \u4e3b\u984c\u884c\u70ba\u201cGregg&#039;s Falls Project\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3 Low Impact Hydropower Institute\uff0c\u5730\u5740\u70ba 329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8acb\u6c42\u90fd\u5c07\u767c\u4f48\u5728\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u516c\u4f48\u3002 <strong>\u7533\u8acb\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2020 \u5e74 4 \u6708 16 \u65e5\u7f8e\u570b\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u6536\u5230<\/strong>\u3002\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u6838\u5831\u544a\u5747\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-120-gregg-falls-hydroelectric-project-new-hampshire\/\">\u9019\u88e1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u6536\u5230\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u4e26\u4e14\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6210\u70ba\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u5247\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u70ba 2020 \u5e74 1 \u6708 26 \u65e5\u81f3 2028 \u5e74 1 \u6708 25 \u65e5\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lexington MA (March 17, 2020):&nbsp;
