{"id":2236,"date":"2020-03-05T20:41:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-06T01:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/?p=2236"},"modified":"2020-09-17T12:31:16","modified_gmt":"2020-09-17T16:31:16","slug":"preliminary-decision-recertification-of-the-penacook-upper-project-lihi-52","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/preliminary-decision-recertification-of-the-penacook-upper-project-lihi-52\/","title":{"rendered":"\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a - \u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49 Penacook \u4e0a\u90e8\u9805\u76ee\uff0cLIHI #52"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u9ebb\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u5217\u524b\u661f\u6566\uff082020 \u5e74 3 \u6708 5 \u65e5\uff09\uff1a <\/strong>\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5df2\u521d\u6b65\u6279\u51c6\u5c0d Penacook \u4e0a\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b LIHI #52 \u9032\u884c\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002\u8a72\u8b49\u66f8\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u9805\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u689d\u4ef6\u548c\u4e00\u9805\u53ef\u9078\u689d\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u689d\u4ef6\u4e00\uff1a <\/strong>\u7531\u65bc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u6b63\u5728\u91cd\u65b0\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6536\u5230\u65b0\u7684 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5565 classtoolTips152'>\u806f\u90a6\u80fd\u6e90\u76e3\u7ba1\u59d4\u54e1\u6703<\/span> \u5728\u65b0\u7684 LIHI \u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u5167\u7372\u5f97\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u4f5c\u70ba\u5e74\u5ea6\u5408\u898f\u5831\u544a\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5411 LIHI \u63d0\u4f9b FERC \u8a31\u53ef\u9032\u5c55\u7684\u7c21\u8981\u72c0\u614b\u6458\u8981\uff0c\u5217\u51fa\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u5e74\u4e2d\u8207\u4efb\u4f55 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e92\u52d5\u3001\u4efb\u4f55\u91cd\u65b0\u8a31\u53ef\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u4e26\u5f37\u8abf\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u540c\u610f\u6216\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u4e3b\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u65b0\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u6216\u65b0\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u6539\u8b8a\u8207 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5c08\u6848\u71df\u904b\u6216\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0cLIHI \u4fdd\u7559\u4fee\u6539\u689d\u4ef6\u548c\/\u6216\u91cd\u65b0\u8a55\u4f30\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u689d\u4ef6 2\uff08\u53ef\u9078\uff09\uff1a <\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u5728\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u5230\u671f\u524d\u516d\u500b\u6708\u5167\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u5728\u7372\u5f97\u65b0\u7684 FERC \u8a31\u53ef\u4e4b\u524d\u5df2\u5728\u5c08\u6848\u4e2d\u5be6\u65bd\u4e86\u4e0a\u6e38\u9c3b\u9b5a\u901a\u9053\uff0cLIHI \u5c07\u5be9\u67e5\u8a72\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e26\u78ba\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u6388\u4e88 PLUS \u6a19\u6e96\u4e26\u5c07\u8b49\u66f8\u671f\u9650\u518d\u5ef6\u9577\u4e09\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 \u5929\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4e0a\u8a34\u9700\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u95dc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u4f55\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u767c\u9001\u81f3 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> \u4e3b\u984c\u884c\u70ba\u201cPenacook Upper Hydroelectric Project\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3 Low Impact Hydropower Institute\uff0c\u5730\u5740\u70ba 329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u516c\u4f48\u3002 <strong>\u8acb\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2020 \u5e74 4 \u6708 4 \u65e5\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u6536\u5230\u3002&nbsp; <\/strong>\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u95b1\u8005\u5831\u544a\u53ef\u4f9b\u67e5\u770b <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-52-penacook-upper-hydroelectric-project-ferc-6689\/\">\u9019\u88e1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u6536\u5230\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\uff0c\u4e14\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6210\u70ba\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u5247\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u70ba 2019 \u5e74 9 \u6708 25 \u65e5\u81f3 2024 \u5e74 9 \u6708 24 \u65e5\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u9078\u64c7\u5ef6\u9577\u81f3 2027 \u5e74 9 \u6708 24 \u65e5\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lexington MA (March 5, 2020): The Low Impact Hydropower Institute has preliminarily approved Low Impact Recertification for the Penacook Upper Hydroelectric Project, LIHI #52.
