\u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u767c\u96fb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4f4d\u65bc\u54e5\u502b\u6bd4\u4e9e\u6cb3\u4e0a\u7684\u5e15\u7279\u7f85\u65af\u3001\u5e03\u9b6f\u65af\u7279\u548c\u5e03\u91cc\u5947\u6ce2\u7279\u7b49\u57ce\u5e02\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u6cb3\u82f1\u91cc tooltip_post_id_5568 classtoolTips128'>\u9b5a\u9053<\/span> \u6c34\u529b\u5b89\u88dd\u662f LIHI \u8b49\u660e #71)<\/a> \u4f4d\u65bc\u6cb3\u6d41 191.5 \u82f1\u91cc\u8655\uff0c\u90a6\u7d0d\u7dad\u723e\u5927\u58e9\u4f4d\u65bc\u6cb3\u6d41 146.1 \u82f1\u91cc\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u500b <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5545 classtoolTips158'>\u58e9<\/span>\u3001\u6c34\u5eab\u3001\u5c3e\u6c34\u3001\u958b\u95dc\u7ad9\u3001\u8f38\u96fb\u7dda\u8def\u3001\u4e0a\u6e38\u53ca\u4e0b\u6e38 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5566 classtoolTips59'>\u9b5a\u9053<\/span> \u8a2d\u65bd\u3001\u9b5a\u985e\u5b75\u5316\u5834\u53ca\u5a1b\u6a02\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002\u8a72\u5927\u58e9\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u9577 1,165 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3001\u9ad8 160 \u82f1\u5c3a\u7684\u6c34\u529b\u806f\u5408\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u914d\u6709 10 \u53f0\u5782\u76f4\u8ef8\u6d41\u5f0f\u6c34\u8f2a\u6a5f\u300111 \u53f0 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5651 classtoolTips116'>\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053<\/span>\u3001\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6e38\u9b5a\u9053\u8a2d\u65bd\u4ee5\u53ca\u8abf\u8eca\u5834\u3002\u6c34\u529b\u806f\u5408\u6536\u5272\u6a5f\u63a1\u7528\u7368\u7279\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u878d\u5408\u4e86 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5624 classtoolTips102'>\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9<\/span>\u3001\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u3001\u958b\u95dc\u7ad9\u548c\u6f01\u696d\u8a2d\u65bd\u90fd\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u55ae\u5143\u4e2d\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u55ae\u7368\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u516d\u53f0\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f\u7d44\u5df2\u7ffb\u65b0\uff0c\u6bcf\u53f0\u984d\u5b9a\u5bb9\u91cf\u70ba 89 \u5146\u74e6\uff0c\u56db\u53f0\u6a5f\u7d44\u5c1a\u672a\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u6bcf\u53f0\u76ee\u524d\u984d\u5b9a\u5bb9\u91cf\u70ba 77.4 \u5146\u74e6\uff0c\u5347\u7d1a\u9810\u8a08\u5c07\u65bc 2027 \u5e74\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u6db2\u58d3\u6392\u653e\u7bc4\u570d\u70ba13\uff08\u6700\u5c0f\u8ca0\u8f09\uff09\u81f322 kcfs\uff08\u5168\u6db2\u58d3\u5bb9\u91cf\uff09\u3002\u6bcf\u500b <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5651 classtoolTips116'>\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053<\/span> \u5bec 46 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u6ea2\u6f0f\u7531 66 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u5927\u9580\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9b5a\u9053\u8a2d\u65bd\u5305\u62ec\u5169\u500b\u4e0a\u6e38\u9b5a\u68af\u548c\u4e0b\u6e38\u5e7c\u9b5a\u65c1\u8def\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u6c34\u529b\u806f\u5408\u6a5f\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u7aef\u5404\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u9b5a\u68af\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u9b5a\u68af\u90fd\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u500b\u7528\u65bc\u5411\u68af\u5b50\u5165\u53e3\u63d0\u4f9b\u5438\u5f15\u6d41\u7684\u6cf5\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u4e00\u500b\u8a08\u6578\u7ad9\u3001\u4e00\u500b\u9b5a\u9677\u9631\u548c\u5206\u985e\u8a2d\u65bd\u4ee5\u53ca\u7121\u6e90\u96c6\u6210\u61c9\u7b54\u5668(PIT)\u6a19\u7c64\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a2d\u5099\u3002\u4e0b\u6e38\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u65c1\u8def\u7cfb\u7d71\u7531\u88dd\u914d\u5f0f\u92fc\u88fd\u5c4f\u969c\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u92fc\u88fd\u5c4f\u969c\u6309\u5b63\u7bc0\u63d2\u51652\u30014\u30016\u30018 \u548c10 \u865f\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u7063\u3002\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5340\u57df\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u88ab\u8a2d\u8a08\u6210\u5728\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u6ea2\u6d2a\u6642\u5012\u584c <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5578 classtoolTips153'>\u84cb\u8332<\/span> \u6253\u958b\u8d85\u904e\u516d\u82f1\u5c3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u9084\u5305\u62ec\u4f4d\u65bc\u897f\u4e0b\u6e38\u5074\u7684\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u5b75\u5316\u5834 (Wells Hatchery)\u3002 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5514 classtoolTips118'>\u9130\u63a5<\/span> \u97cb\u723e\u65af\u5927\u58e9\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u8a8d\u8b49\u6b77\u53f2<\/h3>\n<p><strong>2025\u5e7411\u670821\u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u9053\u683c\u62c9\u65af\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u696d\u5340\u5df2\u6c7a\u5b9a\u64a4\u56de\u5176\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u4f4f\u623f\u88dc\u8cbc (LIHI) \u7533\u8acb\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025\u5e745\u670821\u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u7531\u65bc\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e3b\u8981\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u95dc\u8005\u4e26\u672a\u6536\u5230\u9053\u683c\u62c9\u65af\u7e23\u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u696d\u5340 1 \u865f\u65bc 2024 \u5e74 5 \u6708\u6700\u521d\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u5927\u58e9\u9805\u76ee LIHI \u7533\u8acb\u7684\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64 LIHI \u6b63\u5728\u70ba\u8a72\u7533\u8acb\u555f\u52d5\u7b2c\u4e8c\u8f2a\u516c\u773e\u610f\u898b\u5fb5\u8a62\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>LIHI \u6b63\u5728\u5c0b\u6c42\u8207\u7279\u5b9a LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\uff08\u6d41\u91cf\u3001\u6c34\u8cea\u3001\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u7b49\uff09\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\uff0c\u4f46\u6240\u6709\u8a55\u8ad6\u90fd\u6703\u88ab\u8003\u616e\u3002\u610f\u898b\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u7d66 LIHI\uff0c\u90f5\u7bb1\u5730\u5740\u70ba\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a>\u00a0\u8acb\u5728\u4e3b\u65e8\u6b04\u8a3b\u660e\u201c\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u5927\u58e9\u5c08\u6848\u8a55\u8ad6\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff0c\u5730\u5740\uff1a68 Harrison Ave Ste 605, PMB 113938 Boston, Massachusetts 02111-1929\u3002\u00a0<strong>\u610f\u898b\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2025 \u5e74 7 \u6708 20 \u65e5\u7f8e\u570b\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u9001\u9054\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff0c\u65b9\u53ef\u8003\u616e<\/strong>\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8a55\u8ad6\u90fd\u5c07\u767c\u4f48\u5230\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u88ab\u767c\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8acb\u8207\u60a8\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u7db2\u7d61\u5167\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u95dc\u65b9\u5206\u4eab\u6b64\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u78ba\u4fdd\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u95dc\u65b9\u90fd\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9805\u76ee\u63cf\u8ff0\u3001\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fc4\u4eca\u70ba\u6b62\u6536\u5230\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u548c\u56de\u61c9\u5982\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024 \u5e74 10 \u6708 21 \u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u5df2\u66ab\u505c\uff0c\u7b49\u5f85\u6536\u5230\u4e26\u5be9\u67e5\u65b0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u6709\u95dc\u8a72\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u8a55\u8ad6\u4ee5\u53ca\u9053\u683c\u62c9\u65af PUD \u7684\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u6587\u4ef6\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024 \u5e74 10 \u6708 3 \u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240 (LIHI) \u5df2\u521d\u6b65\u6279\u51c6\u5c0d\u97cb\u723e\u65af\u5927\u58e9\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u9032\u884c\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u6838\u54e1\u5831\u544a\u5982\u4e0b\u3002\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 \u5929\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4e0a\u8a34\u9700\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u5c0d\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u4f55\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u767c\u9001\u81f3 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> \u4e3b\u65e8\u6b04\u8a3b\u660e\u201cWells Dam Appeal Request\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3 Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 68 Harrison Ave Ste 605, PMB 113938, Boston, MA 02111-1929\u3002 <strong>\u8acb\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593 2024 \u5e74 11 \u6708 3 \u65e5\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u6536\u5230<\/strong>\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8acb\u6c42\u90fd\u5c07\u767c\u4f48\u5230\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u505a\u51fa\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u88ab\u767c\u5e03\u3002\u5982\u679c\u672a\u6536\u5230\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\uff0c\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u5c07\u70ba 2024 \u5e74 7 \u6708 9 \u65e5\u81f3 2037 \u5e74 7 \u6708 8 \u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024 \u5e74 5 \u6708 28 \u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5df2\u6536\u5230\u97cb\u723e\u65af\u5927\u58e9\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u3002 LIHI \u6b63\u5728\u5c31\u6b64\u7533\u8acb\u5fb5\u6c42\u516c\u773e\u610f\u898b\u3002\u5177\u9ad4\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u8a8d\u70ba\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7b26\u5408\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7248\u624b\u518a\u4e2d\u4fee\u8a02\u7684
