\u985e\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u6df7\u51dd\u571f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5580 classtoolTips81'>\u91cd\u529b\u58e9<\/span>, <span \u82f1\u5c3a\u7684\u92fc\/<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5551 classtoolTips110'>\u5c0e\u6d41<\/span> \u58d3\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1\u548c\u56db\u6839\u76f4\u5f91 9 \u82f1\u5c3a\u7684\u92fc\/\u5f15\u6c34\u58d3\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1\u5f9e\u5927\u58e9\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\u3002\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\u5167\u6709\u56db\u53f0\u81e5\u5f0f\u5f17\u6717\u897f\u65af\u6c34\u8f2a\u6a5f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u53f0\u4f4d\u65bc\u820a\u7684\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u52f5\u78c1\u6a5f\u7d44\u8259\u5167\u7684\u6700\u5c0f\u6d41\u91cf\u6a5f\u7d44\uff0c\u8a72\u6a5f\u7d44\u70ba\u96d9\u81e5\u5f0f\u5f17\u6717\u897f\u65af\u5f0f\u6c34\u8f2a\u6a5f\u3002\u7e3d\u88dd\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\u70ba8.05\u5146\u74e6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u70ba\u7d93\u904e\u6539\u9020\u7684\u8abf\u5cf0\u8a2d\u65bd\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027 (VANR) \u5354\u5546\u5f8c\u88fd\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6c34\u751f\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u756b\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684\u6c34\u57df\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8a08\u756b\u4e0a\u6e38\u548c\u4e0b\u6e38\uff0c\u5747\u56e0\u5b58\u5728\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u800c\u88ab\u6b78\u985e\u70ba\u53d7\u640d\u6c34\u57df\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cVANR \u5df2\u78ba\u5b9a\u6e1b\u640d\u4e26\u975e\u7531\u65bc\u5c08\u6848\u71df\u904b\u9020\u6210\u3002\u4e0b\u6e38\u640d\u5bb3\u662f\u7531\u4f2f\u9748\u9813\u5e02\u548c\u57c3\u585e\u514b\u65af\u5e02\u5408\u6d41\u6c61\u6c34\u6ea2\u6d41\u9020\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u4e0a\u6e38\u640d\u5bb3\u540c\u6a23\u662f\u7531\u8499\u5f7c\u5229\u57c3\u6c61\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u5ee0\u6ea2\u6d41\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5a01\u52aa\u65af\u57fa\u6cb3\u548c\u5c1a\u666e\u862d\u6e56\u76c6\u5730\u66fe\u7d93\u662f\u8a31\u591a <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5518 classtoolTips36'>\u6eaf\u6cb3\u6d04\u6e38\u9b5a\u985e<\/span> Winooski One \u9b5a\u985e\u5347\u964d\u6a5f\u8a08\u756b\u9032\u884c\u5354\u8abf\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u9bad\u9b5a\u65cf\u7fa4\u9077\u5f99\u3002\u9019 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5666 classtoolTips49'>\u9677\u9631\u548c\u5361\u8eca<\/span> \u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\u7531\u5404\u8a2d\u65bd\u5206\u6524\uff0c\u9bad\u9b5a\u88ab\u91cb\u653e\u5230\u8a08\u756b\u4e0a\u6e38\u3002 2018 \u5e74 7 \u6708\u5be6\u65bd\u4e86\u81e8\u6642\u4e0b\u6e38\u901a\u9053\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4e26\u5efa\u9020\u4e86\u81e8\u6642\u5830\u58e9\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (USFWS) \u548c VANR \u7684\u8aee\u8a62\u4e0b\uff0c\u65bc 2019 \u5e74\u5efa\u9020\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u5efa\u7bc9\u3002\u696d\u4e3b\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u7d0d\u5165\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u4e0b\u6e38\u9b5a\u9053\u5830\u7684\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u6839\u64da\u7f8e\u570b\u9b5a\u985e\u53ca\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u8abf\u6574\u4e86\u4e0b\u6e38\u901a\u9b5a\u5b63\u7bc0\u3002\u9593\u8ddd\u70ba\u4e00\u82f1\u540b\u7684\u5783\u573e\u67b6\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u8f15 classtoolTips77'>\u593e\u5e36<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u571f\u5730\u9762\u7a4d\u7d04\u70ba4.5\u82f1\u755d\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u751f\u614b\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4f46\u666f\u89c0\u7ba1\u7406\u8a08\u756b\u8ca0\u8cac\u7ba1\u7406\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u78ba\u4fdd\u9805\u76ee\u5de5\u7a0b\u8207\u666f\u89c0\u878d\u70ba\u4e00\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e26\u7dad\u8b77\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\u5468\u570d\u548c\u7e5e\u904e\u6cb3\u6bb5\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u756b\u9644\u8fd1\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u53d7\u5a01\u8105\u6216\u7015\u5371\u7269\u7a2e\u5305\u62ec\u5317\u65b9\u9577\u8033\u8760\u3001\u5370\u7b2c\u5b89\u7d0d\u8759\u8760\u3001\u9d5d\u5375\u77f3\u864e\u7532\u87f2\u3001\u5e03\u6c0f\u97ff\u5c3e\u86c7\u6839\u548c\u4e09\u8272\u8759\u8760\u3002\u5c08\u6848\u6d41\u52d5\u4f5c\u696d\u4e0d\u6703\u5e79\u64fe\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4efb\u4f55\u7269\u7a2e\uff0c\u4e14\u5c08\u6848\u908a\u754c\u5167\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9069\u5408\u4efb\u4f55\u6240\u5217\u7269\u7a2e\u7684\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5de5\u7a0b\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6c34\u58e9\u3001\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u3001\u58d3\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1\u548c\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\uff0c\u5747\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u5217\u5165 \u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u5408\u898f\u8072\u660e\u4e2d\u5831\u544a\u9019\u4e9b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2019\u5e74\u6eff\u8db3\u689d\u4ef6<\/em>\u3002\u689d\u4ef62\uff1a<\/strong> \u8a2d\u65bd\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u5728 2019 \u5e74\u65bd\u5de5\u5b63\u7bc0\u5b8c\u6210\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u5830\u6539\u5584\u7684\u5b89\u88dd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u4f55\u5fc5\u8981\u7684 <span \u672a\u767c\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7136\u5408\u898f\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u689d\u4ef61\uff0c\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u5831\u544a\u4e86\u6b63\u5728\u9032\u884c\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u8a31\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6b63\u5728\u9032\u884c\u7684\u4e0b\u6e38\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u548c\u6587\u5316\u8cc7\u6e90\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u8aee\u8a62\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024:<\/strong> \u6c92\u6709\u5831\u544a\u4efb\u4f55\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u6027\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7136\u5408\u898f\u3002\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u65bc 2020 \u5e74 2 \u6708 27 \u65e5\u63d0\u4ea4 PAD\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u5411 FERC \u7533\u8acb\u91cd\u65b0\u8a31\u53ef\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u689d\u4ef6
