\u5e74\u5de6\u53f3\u5efa\u9020\u3002\u6b77\u53f2\u6587\u737b\u8868\u660e\uff0cHDG \u65bc 1978 \u5e74\u6536\u8cfc\u4e86\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u81ea\u90a3\u6642\u8d77\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u7d93\u6b77\u4e86\u5e7e\u6b21\u8b8a\u66f4\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: \u7684\u540d\u7a31\u5e7e\u7d93\u8b8a\u66f4\uff0c\u4f46\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u4ecd\u70ba\u540c\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/li>\n<li>2015 \u5e74 3 \u6708\uff0c\u8a72\u8c41\u514d\u6b0a\u5f9e HDG \u8f49\u79fb\u5230 Hydro Development Group Acquisition, LLC\u3002\u9019\u662f Enel Green Power North America, Inc. \u5927\u898f\u6a21\u91cd\u7d44\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4e2d\u592e\u6cb3\u6d41\u96fb\u529b\u516c\u53f8 (CRP) \u65bc 2020 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u6536\u8cfc\u4e86 Dexter \u5c08\u6848\uff08\u4f5c\u70ba\u5176\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8cc7\u7522\u7d44\u5408\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u4e26\u672a\u66f4\u6539\u8c41\u514d\u65b9\u540d\u7a31\u3002<\/li>\n<li>LS Power \u65bc 2022 \u5e74 12 \u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\u6536\u8cfc\u4e86 CRP \u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u4e26\u6210\u7acb\u4e86 Patriot Hydro, LLC\uff0cHDG \u662f\u5176\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1985 \u5e74\u5c0d\u8c41\u514d\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u4fee\u8a02\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6dd8\u6c70\u4e09\u53f0\u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u7d44\u548c\u5b89\u88dd\u516d\u53f0\u65b0\u6a5f\u7d44\u4f86\u91cd\u65b0\u958b\u767c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u65b0\u7684 (EA)\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u652f\u6301\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u7f6e\u9b5a\u68af\u3002\u74b0\u5883\u7f72\u9084\u5f15\u7528\u4e86\u8207\u7d10\u7d04\u5dde\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u7f72\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\u4ea4\u8ac7\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u8cc7\u6e90\u7522\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li
