\u82f1\u91cc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u9678\u8ecd\u5de5\u7a0b\u5175\u5718 (USACE) \u65bc 1960 \u5e74\u81f3 1969 \u5e74\u9593\u5efa\u9020\u4e86\u7d05\u5ca9\u58e9\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6514\u622a\u7d05\u5ca9\u6e56\uff0c\u4ee5\u7528\u65bc\u9632\u6d2a\u3001\u5a1b\u6a02\u4ee5\u53ca\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002\u9019 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5545 classtoolTips158'>\u58e9<\/span>\u3001\u6c34\u5eab\u548c\u9130\u8fd1\u571f\u5730\u6b78\u7f8e\u570b\u9678\u8ecd\u5de5\u7a0b\u5175\u5718\u5ca9\u5cf6\u5340\u6240\u6709\u4e26\u7531\u5176\u7ba1\u7406\u3002 RRHP \u7dca\u9130\u5927\u58e9\u73fe\u6709\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5de6\u5074\uff08\u6771\u5317\u5074\uff09\u5efa\u9020 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5651 classtoolTips116'>\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>\u7d05\u5ca9\u58e9\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u571f\u65b9\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u6df7\u5408\u58e9 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5580 classtoolTips81'>\u91cd\u529b\u58e9<\/span> \u7e3d\u9577\u5ea6 6,260 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u5824\u57fa\u5bec\u5ea6\u7d04 655 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u9ad8 110 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u5927\u58e9\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u90e8\u5206\u7531\u6df7\u51dd\u571f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5611 classtoolTips156'>\u5f27\u5f62<\/span> \u6709\u4e94\u689d Tainter \u7684\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5578 classtoolTips153'>\u84cb\u8332<\/span> \u4ee5\u53ca\u5341\u56db\u500b\u5e95\u90e8\u51fa\u53e3\u7ba1\u9053\u3002\u99ac\u91cc\u6069\u7e23 T15 \u865f\u516c\u8def\uff08T15 \u865f\u516c\u8def\uff09\u6cbf\u8457\u58e9\u9802\u6a6b\u8d8a\u5927\u58e9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u58e9\u7531\u5169\u6bb5\u571f\u65b9\u58e9\u6bb5\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u7e3d\u9577\u5ea6\u70ba 5,676 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u7531\u5305\u542b\u5927\u58e9\u51fa\u6c34\u53e3\u5de5\u7a0b\u548c\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u91cd\u529b\u58e9\u6bb5\u9023\u63a5\u3002\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u5169\u5074\u5404\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u7121\u6ea2\u6d41\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u91cd\u529b\u6bb5\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u9130\u8fd1\u7684\u5824\u9632\u3002\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u7d50\u69cb\u5169\u5074\u5404\u6709\u5927\u578b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u91cd\u529b\u6bb5\u3002\u6c34\u5229\u6a1e\u7d10\u6240\u5728\u5730\u6771\u5317\u5074\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u91cd\u529b\u58e9\u6bb5\u7531\u4e09\u584a\u975e\u6ea2\u6d41\u58e9\u6bb5\u53ca\u4e00\u584a\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u904e\u6e21\u58e9\u6bb5\u7d44\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u62f1\u5f62\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u9577 241 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u88dd\u6709\u4e94\u500b Tainter <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5542 classtoolTips95'>\u9802\u9580<\/span>\u3002\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u7d50\u69cb\u5167\u8a2d\u6709\u5341\u56db\u500b\u5e95\u90e8\u51fa\u53e3\u7ba1\u9053\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u51fa\u53e3\u4f4e\u65bc\u6700\u4f4e\u5c3e\u6c34\u4f4d\u7684\u6392\u653e\u5230\u6c34\u8e8d\u5f0f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5654 classtoolTips41'>\u6d88\u529b\u6c60<\/span> \u5bec 241 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u9577 213.5 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u6d88\u529b\u6c60\u4e2d\u7684\u64cb\u677f\u584a\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u6392\uff08\u4ea4\u932f\u6392\u5217\uff09\uff0c\u6bcf\u6392\u9ad8 12 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u9577 16 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u5bec 8 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u6bcf\u6392\u9593\u9694 10 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>RRHP \u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u500b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u3001\u5169\u500b <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5619 classtoolTips124'>\u58d3\u529b\u7ba1\u9053<\/span>\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u5177\u9ad4\u7684 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5624 classtoolTips102'>\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9<\/span>\uff0c69\u5343\u4f0f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5656 classtoolTips92'>\u8b8a\u96fb\u7ad9<\/span>\u3001\u8f38\u96fb\u7dda\u8def\u53ca\u516c\u7528\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002\u7528\u65bc\u5c07\u6c34\u5f15\u5165\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u6a01\u4e0a\uff0c\u7531\u6514\u6c61\u67f5\u3001\u7dca\u6025\u95dc\u9589\u9598\u9580\u3001\u7528\u65bc\u7dad\u8b77\u7684\u64cb\u6c34\u677f\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u8a2d\u5099\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u7dca\u6025\u95dc\u9589\u9598\u9580\u8a2d\u8a08\u70ba\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u90fd\u6703\u95dc\u9589\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u65b7\u96fb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5169\u6839\u58d3\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1\u5c07\u6c34\u5f9e\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u7d93\u7531\u6c34\u58e9\u8f38\u9001\u5230\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\u3002\u6bcf\u500b <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5619 classtoolTips124'>\u58d3\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1<\/span> \u5b8c\u5168\u57cb\u5728\u5730\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e26\u7a7f\u900f\u4e86\u539f\u6709\u5927\u58e9\u7684\u5169\u584a\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u6574\u584a\u77f3\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u58d3\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1\u90fd\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u500b\u4f4d\u65bc\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u901a\u98a8\u4e95\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u53ea\u80fd\u901a\u904e\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\u624d\u80fd\u9032\u5165\u58d3\u529b\u6c34\u7ba1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\u5efa\u65bc\u57fa\u5ca9\u4e0a\uff0c\u5167\u6709\u5169\u53f0\u5782\u76f4\u5361\u666e\u862d\u6e26\u8f2a\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u8a2d\u5099\u3002\u9019\u591a\u5c64\u5efa\u7bc9\u5305\u62ec\u5c07\u6d41\u6c34\u80fd\u91cf\u8f49\u63db\u70ba\u96fb\u80fd\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8a2d\u5099\u3002\u5de5\u5ee0\u548c\u6a5f\u7d44\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u4f4d\u65bc\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\uff0c\u63a7\u5236\u6d41\u7d93\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u6c34\u6d41\u548c\u767c\u96fb\u7684\u5404\u500b\u65b9\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p>RRHP \u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u9678\u8ecd\u5de5\u7a0b\u5175\u5718\u5354\u8abf\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u806f\u90a6\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703 (FERC) \u9812\u767c\u7684\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u5c08\u6848\u8a08\u5283\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u9678\u8ecd\u5de5\u7a0b\u5175\u5718\u63a7\u5236\u7d05\u5ca9\u5927\u58e9\u6d29\u6c34\u7684\u6642\u9593\u548c\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u4f4d\u65bc\u5357\u9054\u79d1\u4ed6\u5dde\u8607\u798f\u723e\u65af\u7684\u5c08\u6848\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u54e1\u5354\u8abf\u6d29\u6c34\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u8a72\u5c08\u6848\u548c\/\u6216\u7f8e\u570b\u9678\u8ecd\u5de5\u7a0b\u5175\u5718\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u73fe\u6709\u6c34\u58e9\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u91cb\u653e\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/h3>\n<ul
