#35A\uff09<\/a> \u5c31\u4f4d\u65bc\u8a72\u6c34\u5eab\u7684\u6b63\u4e0b\u65b9\u3002\u5967\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u6cb3\u8a08\u756b\u958b\u767c\u8de8\u8d8a\u4e00\u689d 10 \u82f1\u91cc\u9577\u7684\u6cb3\u6d41\uff0c\u59cb\u65bc <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-35a-oswego-falls-hydroelectric-project-new-york\/\">\u5967\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u7011\u5e03\u9805\u76ee<\/a>\u3002\u8239\u9598\u548c\u6c34\u58e9\u6b78\u7d10\u7d04\u5dde\u6240\u6709 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5537 classtoolTips143'>\u904b\u6cb3<\/span> \u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u4e09\u500b\u767c\u5c55\u90e8\u5206\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul 0.5 \u82f1\u91cc\uff0c\u6c34\u9762\u9762\u7a4d\u70ba 33 \u82f1\u755d\u3002\u4e0b\u65b9\u7e5e\u904e\u7684\u6cb3\u6bb5\u9577 1,850 \u6279\u51c6\u7684\u89d2\u819c\u767d\u6591\u9b5a\u7522\u5375\u548c\u7559\u5b58\u9b5a\u985e\u7269\u7a2e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u756b\u7bc4\u570d\u4e4b\u5167\u7684\u6c34\u57df\u88ab\u5283\u70baB\u985e\u6c34\u57df\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u9b5a\u985e\u7e41\u6b96\u548c\u751f\u5b58\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u63a5\u89f8\u6027\u5a1b\u6a02\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5148\u524d\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u8a72\u6cb3\u6bb5\u4e5f\u88ab\u5217\u70ba\u53d7\u5230 PCB \u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6cb3\u6bb5\u3002\u7d10\u7d04\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72 (NYSDEC) \u5df2\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4e0d\u6703\u9020\u6210\u9019\u7a2e\u640d\u5bb3\u3002\u5f9e\u74e6\u91cc\u514b\u6c34\u5eab\u5230\u8207\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u6e56\u4ea4\u532f\u8655\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6c34\u57df\u88ab\u5283\u70ba C \u7d1a\u3002\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u57ce\u5e02\u5316\u7a0b\u5ea6\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u5de5\u696d\u6d3b\u52d5\u6d3b\u8e8d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5967\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u6cb3\u7684\u9019\u500b\u5340\u57df\u662f\u5404\u7a2e\u6696\u6c34\u548c\u51b7\u6c34\u7269\u7a2e\u7684\u5bb6\u5712\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5927\u53e3\u9c78\u9b5a\u3001\u767d\u9c78\u9b5a\u3001\u5927\u773c\u9bf0\u9b5a\u3001\u6591\u9ede\u53c9\u5c3e\u9c30\u9b5a\u3001\u5317\u68ad\u9b5a\u3001\u9ec3\u9c78\u9b5a\u3001\u85cd\u9c13\u9b5a\u3001\u7f8e\u6d32\u9c3b\u9b5a\u548c\u9ed1\u767d\u8393\u9c78\u3002\u8a08\u756b\u696d\u4e3b\u5728\u5404\u958b\u767c\u5340\u5f9e LIHI \u5c0d\u5967\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u6cb3\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u4e94\u5e74\u8a8d\u8b49\u65bc 2012 \u5e74 12 \u6708 7 \u65e5\u7d50\u675f\u3002\u7531\u65bc FERC \u8a31\u53ef\u6642\u9593\u6846\u67b6\u5dee\u7570\u5f88\u5927\uff0cLIHI \u5df2\u78ba\u5b9a\u5967\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u6cb3\u8a08\u756b\u9700\u8981\u62c6\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u500b\u7368\u7acb\u7684 LIHI \u9805\u76ee\u3002\u806f\u90a6\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u865f\u70ba 5984 \u7684 Oswego Falls \u958b\u767c\u6848\uff08Oswego Falls East\u3001Oswego Falls West\uff09\u73fe\u5728\u5c07\u88ab\u5b9a\u7fa9\u70ba LIHI \u9805\u76ee 35A\u3002\u91dd\u5c0d FERC \u6388\u6b0a 2474 \u4e2d\u7684\u958b\u767c\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u6191\u8b49 LIHI 35 \u7684\u5269\u9918\u90e8\u5206\u73fe\u5728\u5c07\u5b9a\u7fa9\u70ba LORP \u6216 LIHI 35B\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2013\u5e741\u670816\u65e5\uff1a<\/strong>\u4f0a\u5229\u5927\u9053\u6c34\u96fb\u6709\u9650\u5408\u5925\u516c\u53f8 (Erie Boulevard Hydropower, LP) \u5df2\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u5967\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u7011\u5e03 (Oswego Falls) \u548c\u5967\u65af\u5a01\u6208\u6cb3 (Oswego River) \u8a08\u756b\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u7533\u8acb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2008\u5e747\u67083\u65e5\uff1a<\/strong>
