\u670d\u52d9\u5340\u57df\u5167\u7684\u5206\u914d\u9ede\u3002\u6b64\u8f38\u6c34\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u5730\u9ede\u8a2d\u6709\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec #56)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u5229\u7528\u5f9e\u74e6\u695a\u585e\u7279\u6c34\u5eab\u8f38\u9001\u5230 MetroWest \u96a7\u9053\u7684\u98f2\u7528\u6c34\u767c\u96fb\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5c07\u96fb\u529b\u8f38\u9001\u5230\u6574\u500b MWRA \u670d\u52d9\u5340\u57df\u3002\u5de5\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec\u5317\u3001\u5357\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u5169\u6bb5\uff0c\u5169\u500b\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u5747\u8a2d\u6709\u6c34\u8f2a\u6a5f\u53ca\u5169\u689d\u65c1\u901a\u7ba1\u7dda\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u5e36\u6709\u79fb\u52d5\u6c34\u7be9\u7684\u901a\u9053\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u9084\u914d\u6709\u4e0a\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u6c34\u9598\u548c\u4e0b\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u6c34\u9598\uff0c\u53ef\u9748\u6d3b\u5730\u5f9e\u6c34\u5eab\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u6c34\u4f4d\u53d6\u6c34\u3002\u5728\u5317\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u9019\u500b\u6c34\u9598\u5f8c\uff0c\u6c34\u9032\u5165\u4e00\u500b\u516c\u5171\u96c6\u6c34\u4e95\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5f9e\u96c6\u6c34\u4e95\u6d41\u5411\u6e26\u8f2a\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f \u6216\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u7d44\u5408\u3002\u6bcf\u689d\u65c1\u901a\u7ba1\u7dda\u90fd\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u500b\u5957\u7b52\u95a5\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u6d41\u91cf\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u8abf\u7bc0\u6d41\u5411\u4f9b\u6c34\u8f38\u9001\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6c34\u91cf\u3002\u5357\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7684\u914d\u7f6e\u8207\u5317\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u5e73\u884c\uff0c\u9032\u5165\u5357\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7684\u6c34\u6d41\u88ab\u5f15\u5c0e\u81f3\u6e26\u8f2a\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f 2\u3001\u65c1\u901a\u7ba1\u7dda 3 \u6216\u65c1\u901a\u7ba1\u7dda 4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u70ba\u5782\u76f4\u4f48\u7f6e\uff0c\u5168\u5361\u666e\u862d\u5f0f\uff0c\u914d\u6709\u516d\u500b\u53ef\u8abf\u7bc0\u7684\u8f49\u8f2a\u8449\u7247\u3002\u6c34\u8f2a\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f\u65bc 1969 \u5e74\u6295\u5165\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u7d93\u904e\u4fee\u5fa9\u548c\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u7e3d\u88dd\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\u70ba 2.4 \u5146\u74e6\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5347\u7d1a\u5c0d\u65bc\u5c07\u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u904b\u4f5c\u8207\u65b0\u914d\u7f6e\u7684\u4f9b\u6c34\u7cfb\u7d71\u6574\u5408\u8d77\u4f86\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002\u96fb\u529b\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u73fe\u5834\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u9084\u8f38\u51fa\u81f3\u5340\u57df\u96fb\u7db2\uff0c\u70ba MWRA \u5275\u9020\u6536\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4f5c\u70ba\u7ba1\u9053\u8a2d\u65bd\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u8f38\u6c34\u6e21\u69fd\u4e0a\u3002\u6c34\u5f9e\u4e00\u500b\u4f9b\u6c34\u6c34\u5eab\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u4f9b\u6c34\u6c34\u5eab\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u6703\u6392\u5165\u6cb3\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5de5\u7a0b\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684\u6c34\u7d93\u904e\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\u7528\u65bc\u4f9b\u6c34\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u6c34\u8cea\u512a\u826f\uff0c\u53ef\u98f2\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u65e2\u6c92\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ef\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u8a2d\u65bd\u4f4d\u65bc\u4f9b\u6c34\u8a2d\u65bd\u5167\uff0c\u99ac\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u81ea\u7136\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u5a1b\u6a02\u90e8 \u8207\u99ac\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u81ea\u7136\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u5a1b\u6a02\u90e8\u4f9b\u6c34\u4fdd\u8b77\u90e8\u9580\u4fdd\u6301\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5f8c\u8005\u8ca0\u8cac\u7ba1\u7406 MWRA \u8cc7\u52a9\u7684\u6d41\u57df\u5167\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4f4d\u65bc\u5efa\u7bc9\u7269\u5167\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u4efb\u4f55\u53d7\u5a01\u8105\u6216\u7015\u5371\u7269\u7a2e\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u6c34\u96fb\u9805\u76ee\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u6587\u5316\u6216\u6b77\u53f2\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4f4d\u65bc\u516c\u5171\u4f9b\u6c34\u5340\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u74e6\u695a\u585e\u7279\u6c34\u5eab\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4f11\u9592\u5a1b\u6a02\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u4f46\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u516c\u773e\u4f7f\u7528\u9805\u76ee\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<hr (LIHI #55) \u9032\u884c\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u6838\u54e1\u5831\u544a\u5982\u4e0b\u3002\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 02476\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u516c\u4f48\u3002 <strong>\u8acb\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2023 \u5e74 12 \u6708 17 <strong>\u8a55\u8ad6\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2023 \u5e74 11 \u6708 6 \u65e5\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 Sale \u4f7f\u7528 LIHI \u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u6388\u4e88\u7684\u6b0a\u529b\uff0c\u8b49\u660e\u79d1\u65af\u683c\u7f85\u592b\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b (FERC \u7de8\u865f P-10689) \u7e7c\u7e8c\u6eff\u8db3 LIHI \u8a8d\u8b49\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\u65bc 2015 \u5e74 12 \u6708 14 \u65e5\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u70ba 30 \u5929\uff0c\u622a\u6b62\u65bc \u00a0<\/strong>\u79d1\u65af\u683c\u7f85\u592b\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u5df2\u7372\u5f97\u984d\u5916\u5ef6\u671f\uff1b\u65b0\u7684\u5230\u671f\u65e5\u70ba2015\u5e7412\u670831\u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2015
