\u500b\u793e\u5340\u7684\u7576\u5730\u6c34\u52d9\u90e8\u9580\u4f9b\u61c9\u6279\u767c\u6c34\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u6ce2\u58eb\u9813\u5927\u90fd\u6703\u5730\u5340\u3002 MWRA \u7684\u6c34\u6e90\u4f86\u81ea Quabbin <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5633 classtoolTips103'>\u6c34\u5eab<\/span>\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u6ce2\u58eb\u9813\u4ee5\u897f\u7d04 65 \u82f1\u91cc\u8655\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u74e6\u695a\u585e\u7279\u6c34\u5eab\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u6ce2\u58eb\u9813\u4ee5\u897f\u7d04 35 \u82f1\u91cc\u8655\u3002 Quabbin \u6c34\u5eab\u548c Wachusett \u6c34\u5eab\u90fd\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u6c34\u5eab\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u4f9b\u6c34\u3002\u8a72\u7ba1\u9053\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u65bc 2010 \u82f1\u91cc\u7684\u96a7\u9053\u548c\u6e21\u69fd\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u900f\u904e\u91cd\u529b\u5c07\u6c34\u8f38\u9001\u5230 MWRA \u670d\u52d9\u5340\u57df\u5167\u7684\u5206\u914d\u9ede\u3002\u6b64\u8f38\u6c34\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u5730\u9ede\u8a2d\u6709\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-57-oakdale-hydroelectric-project-massachusetts\/\">\u5967\u514b\u4ee3\u723e\u5de5\u5ee0\uff08LIHI #57\uff09<\/a> \u5728 Quabbin \u6e21\u69fd\u7684\u76e1\u982d\uff1b\u79d1\u65af\u683c\u7f85\u592b <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5594 classtoolTips140'>\u651d\u53d6\u91cf<\/span> \u5230 <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/zh\/lihi-certificate-55-cosgrove-hydroelectric-project-massachusetts\/\"> \u79d1\u65af\u683c\u7f85\u592b\u6e21\u69fd (LIHI #55)<\/a>\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca Loring Road \u6709\u84cb\u5132\u5b58\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u5229\u7528\u7d93\u904e\u5145\u5206\u8655\u7406\u7684\u98f2\u7528\u6c34\u767c\u96fb\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6c34\u900f\u904e\u7ba1\u9053\u5f9e MWRA \u4f9b\u6c34\u7cfb\u7d71 (Norumbega) \u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u84cb\u4f9b\u6c34\u5132\u6c34\u7bb1\u8f38\u9001\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u84cb\u5132\u6c34\u7bb1 (Loring Road)\u3002\u8a72\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u7531 MWRA \u4f4e\u670d\u52d9\u5340\u7684\u7528\u6c34\u9700\u6c42\u9a45\u52d5\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u5f71\u97ff 30 \u82f1\u91cc\u4ee5\u5916 MWRA \u4f86\u6e90\u6c34\u5eab\u7684\u53d6\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d1b\u6797\u8def (Loring Road) \u6709\u84cb\u5b58\u653e\u78ba\u7acb\u4e86 MWRA \u4f4e\u670d\u52d9\u5340\uff08MWRA \u670d\u52d9\u5340\u5167\u6d77\u62d4\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff09\u7684\u6c34\u529b\u5761\u5ea6\u7dda\u3002\u6c34\u4f4d\u9054\u5230\u6d1b\u6797\u8def (Loring Road) \u6642\u6c34\u4f4d\u5761\u5ea6\u7dda\u7d04 282 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u5728\u6d1b\u6797\u8def (Loring Road)\uff0c\u4eba\u6d41\u88ab\u5206\u6d41\uff1b\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u6d41\u91cf\u88ab\u5c0e\u5411\u70ba MWRA \u7684\u9ad8\u670d\u52d9\u7cfb\u7d71\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u4f9b\u7d66\u7ba1\u9053\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4ed6\u6d41\u91cf\u5247\u88ab\u5c0e\u5411\u5730\u4e0b\u95a5\u5ba4\u4e00\u865f\u95a5\u5ba4\u5167\u7684\u6e1b\u58d3\u95a5\u3002\u7576\u9700\u6c34\u91cf\u5927\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u6c34\u529b\u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u6216\u5957\u7b52\u95a5\uff08\u6216\u5169\u8005\u540c\u6642\u4f7f\u7528\uff09\u5c07\u5761\u5ea6\u7dda\u964d\u4f4e\u81f3\u7d04 200 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d93\u904e\u6c34\u529b\u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u6216\u6e1b\u58d3\u95a5\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6c34\u7d93\u7531\u7ba1\u9053\u9001\u81f3\u7b2c\u4e8c\u500b\u95a5\u5ba4\uff0c\u8a72\u95a5\u5ba4\u5c07\u6c34\u6d41\u5f15\u5c0e\u81f3 Loring Road \u5132\u6c34\u7bb1\u4e00\u865f\u6216\u4e8c\u865f\u3002\u6bcf\u5929\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6046\u5b9a\u5730\u5f9e\u95a5\u5ba4\u4e00\u865f\u5411\u6c34\u7bb1\u6392\u653e 2000 \u842c\u52a0\u4f96\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u6d41\u91cf\u3002\u6c34\u6d41\u5f9e\u6c34\u7bb1\u6392\u653e\u5230\u4e0b\u6e38\u7ba1\u9053\uff08Weston \u6e21\u69fd\u4f9b\u6c34\u5e79\u7ba1\uff09\uff0c\u70ba MWRA \u7684\u4f4e\u670d\u52d9\u5340\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9\u3002 200 \u5343\u74e6\u6c34\u529b\u6e26\u8f2a\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f\u63d0\u4f9b\u80fd\u91cf\u56de\u6536\uff0c\u540c\u6642 Loring Road \u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u8abf\u7bc0\u6d41\u91cf\u4e26\u70ba\u4f4e\u58d3\u670d\u52d9\u7cfb\u7d71\u63d0\u4f9b\u6046\u5b9a\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u4f9b\u6c34\u3002\u6d1b\u6797\u8def\u5132\u5b58\u8a2d\u65bd\u5168\u5929\u5019\u904b\u71df\uff0c\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a2d\u65bd\u5df2\u6574\u5408\u5230\u73fe\u6709\u71df\u904b\u4e2d\u3002\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u96fb\u529b\u88ab\u8f38\u9001\u81f3\u96fb\u7db2\u4e26\u70ba MWRA \u5275\u9020\u6536\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ee5\u7ba1\u9053\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u6c34\u5f9e\u4e00\u500b\u4f9b\u6c34\u7bb1\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u4f9b\u6c34\u7bb1\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u6392\u5165\u6cb3\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5de5\u7a0b\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684\u6c34\u7528\u65bc\u4f9b\u6c34\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6c34\u8cea\u512a\u826f\uff0c\u53ef\u98f2\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u65e2\u6c92\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ef\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u8a2d\u65bd\u4f4d\u65bc\u4f9b\u6c34\u8a2d\u65bd\u5167\uff0cDCR \u4f9b\u6c34\u90e8\u9580\u8ca0\u8cac\u6d77\u5cb8\u7dda\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a2d\u65bd\u5168\u90e8\u4f4d\u65bc\u4f9b\u6c34\u8a2d\u65bd\u5167\uff0c\u4e14\u5b8c\u5168\u4f4d\u65bc\u5730\u4e0b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u6d77\u5cb8\u7dda\u6216\u6d41\u57df\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002 MWRA \u8207 DCR \u7684\u4f9b\u6c34\u4fdd\u8b77\u90e8\u9580\u4fdd\u6301\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u8a72\u90e8\u9580\u8ca0\u8cac\u7ba1\u7406 MWRA \u8cc7\u52a9\u7684\u6d41\u57df\u5167\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5167\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u5a01\u8105\u6216\u7015\u5371\u7684\u7269\u7a2e\u3002\u540c\u6a23\uff0c\u8a72\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u6587\u5316\u6216\u6b77\u53f2\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4f4d\u65bc\u516c\u5171\u4f9b\u6c34\u8f38\u9001\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u9650\u5236\u516c\u773e\u9032\u5165\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u5408\u898f\u72c0\u614b<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u76ee\u524d\u8b49\u66f8\u4e2d\u6c92\u6709\u91dd\u5c0d\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u689d\u4ef6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2026:<\/strong> \u672a\u767c\u73fe\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7b26\u5408\u898f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025:<\/strong> \u672a\u767c\u73fe\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7b26\u5408\u898f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024:<\/strong> \u672a\u767c\u73fe\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7b26\u5408\u898f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2023:\u00a0<\/strong> \u76ee\u524d\u8b49\u66f8\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u5831\u544a\u5c1a\u672a\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u8a8d\u8b49\u6b77\u53f2<\/h3>\n<p><strong>2024 \u5e74 2 \u6708 6 \u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5df2\u5c31\u6d1b\u6797\u8def\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u671f\u9650\u70ba 2023 \u5e74 4 \u6708 14 \u65e5\u81f3 2038 \u5e74 4 \u6708 13 \u65e5<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024 \u5e74 1 \u6708 3 \u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5df2\u521d\u6b65\u6279\u51c6\u5c0d\u6d1b\u6797\u8def\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u9032\u884c\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u91cd\u65b0\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u5be9\u6838\u54e1\u5831\u544a\u5982\u4e0b\u3002\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u521d\u6b65\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u9700\u7b49\u5f85 30 \u5929\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728 60 \u5929\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u671f\u5167\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4e0a\u8a34\u9700\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u95dc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u4f55\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u7533\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u767c\u9001\u81f3 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> \u4e3b\u984c\u884c\u70ba\u201cLoring Road Project\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u90f5\u5bc4\u81f3 Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 1167 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u56de\u61c9\u4e5f\u5c07\u516c\u4f48\u3002 <strong>\u8acb\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u5728 2024 \u5e74 2 \u6708 2 \u65e5\u6771\u90e8\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u5348 5 \u9ede\u524d\u6536\u5230\u3002 \u65e5\u3002\u672a\u6536\u5230\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u3002\u6d1b\u6797\u516c\u8def\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u751f\u6548\u65e5\u671f\u70ba 2015 \u5e74 4 \u6708 14
