\u4f4d\u65bc\u6b63\u4e0a\u6e38\uff0c\u6d1b\u592b\u55ac\u4f0a\u58e9\u4f4d\u65bc\u6b63\u4e0b\u6e38\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u65bc 1986 \u5e74\u91cd\u5efa\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u6df7\u51dd\u571f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5580 classtoolTips81'>\u91cd\u529b\u58e9<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5624 classtoolTips102'>\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5619 2.5 \u82f1\u91cc\u8655\u7684\u6c34\u57df\u9664\u5916\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8a72\u8655\u4e0d\u9069\u5408\u5e02\u653f\u4e0b\u6c34\u9053\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0b\u6e38 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5566 classtoolTips59'>\u9b5a\u9053<\/span> \u900f\u904e\u5728\u5927\u58e9\u4e0a\u958b\u947f\u7684\u4e0b\u6e38\u6e9c\u69fd\u4ee5\u53ca\u6c34\u9598\u548c\u6ed1\u68af\u4f86\u5be6\u73fe\u3002\u6309\u7167 VDEC \u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8a72\u901a\u9053\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u6625\u5b63\u548c\u79cb\u5b63\u9032\u884c\u904b\u71df\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b77\u7576\u5730\u7684\u9b5a\u985e\u7269\u7a2e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLUS-\u6a19\u6e96\u578b\uff1a<\/strong> \u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u81ea\u9858\u65bc 4 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u81f3 6 \u6708 15 \u65e5\u548c 9 \u6708 15 \u65e5\u81f3 11 \u6708 15 \u65e5\u671f\u9593\u904b\u884c\u4e0b\u6e38\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u6216\u6839\u64da\u5dde\u6f01\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u8981\u6c42\u904b\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u571f\u5730\u9762\u7a4d\u7d04\u70ba1\u82f1\u755d\u3002\u6c34\u5eab\u7684\u6d77\u5cb8\u7dda\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u6a39\u6728\u6797\u7acb\uff0c\u4f46\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4e3b\u8981\u88ab\u4f5b\u8499\u7279\u5dde\u65af\u666e\u6797\u83f2\u723e\u5fb7\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u5efa\u7bc9\u6240\u5305\u570d\u3002\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u5167\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u751f\u614b\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u571f\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d93\u7f8e\u570b\u9b5a\u985e\u8207\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u5167\u53ca\u8a08\u756b\u4e0b\u6e38\u6cb3\u6bb5\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u806f\u90a6\u6216\u5dde\u5217\u51fa\u7684\u7269\u7a2e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u8cc7\u6e90\u5305\u62ec\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u540d\u9304\u7684 \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5df2\u767c\u5e03\u521d\u6b65\u8a8d\u8b49\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u8a8d\u5b9a Slack Dam \u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b (FERC \u7de8\u865f P-8014) \u7b26\u5408 LIHI \u8a8d\u8b49\u6a19\u6e96\u3002  \u8a72\u8a8d\u8b49\u7b26\u5408\u4e0b\u6e38\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u548c\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u4e00\u9805 PLUS \u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5c07\u6a19\u6e96\u671f\u9650\u5f9e\u4e94\u5e74\u5ef6\u9577\u81f3\u516b\u5e74\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u8a55\u8ad6\u8005\u5747\u53ef\u5728 30 \u5929\u671f\u9650\u5167\u5411\u57f7\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\u63d0\u4ea4\u4fe1\u51fd\uff0c\u8acb\u6c42\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u6c42\u5fc5\u9808\u8aaa\u660e\u6c34\u96fb\u8a2d\u65bd\u672a\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u4e00\u9805\u6216\u591a\u9805\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5c0d\u521d\u59cb\u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u6599\u767c\u8868\u8a55\u8ad6\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6216\u7d44\u7e54\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u6709\u95dc \u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u767c\u5e03\u8a8d\u8b49\u901a\u77e5\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u6700\u7d42\u78ba\u5b9a\uff0cSlack Dam \u5c08\u6848\u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\u751f\u6548\u65e5\u671f\u70ba 2016 \u5e74 2 \u6708 28 \u65e5\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u671f\u70ba\u516b (8) \u5e74\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc 2024 \u5e74 2 \u6708 28 \u65e5\u5230\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2017\u5e743\u67088\u65e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5df2\u6536\u5230\u91dd\u5c0d Slack Dam \u6c34\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u8a08\u756b\u65b0\u4e00\u671f\u4f4e\u5f71\u97ff\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u6599\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u90e8\u5206\u627e\u5230\u3002 LIHI \u6b63\u5728\u5c31\u6b64\u7533\u8acb\u5fb5\u6c42\u516c\u773e\u610f\u898b\u3002\u5177\u9ad4\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u8a8d\u70baSlack Dam
