\u4e26\u65bc1934\u5e74\u548c1937\u5e74\u5206\u5225\u5efa\u6210\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u548c\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u70ba\u81ea\u884c\u8eca\u8a2d\u65bd\u904b\u71df\uff0c\u4f9d\u8cf4\u4e0a\u6e38\u8607\u683c\u862d\u9805\u76ee (FERC \u7de8\u865f 2662) \u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u3002\u5c0d\u4e0b\u6e38 Occum \u9805\u76ee\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u662f\u6d41\u5165\u91cf\u7684\u5e45\u5ea6\u6703\u6ce2\u52d5\u3002\u5728\u6d41\u91cf\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u8607\u683c\u862d\u548c\u5967\u5eab\u59c6\u8a08\u756b\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6c34\u6d41\u884c\u7a0b\u6642\u9593\u7d04\u70ba\u5169\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u548c class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5651 classtoolTips116'>\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053<\/span> \u7e3d\u9577\u5ea6\u70ba 450 \u82f1\u5c3a\u7684\u8def\u6bb5\uff0c\u5169\u5074\u90fd\u6709\u571f\u5824\u3002\u6771\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u6bb5\u70ba\u6df7\u51dd\u571f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5611 classtoolTips156'>\u5f27\u5f62<\/span> \u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\uff0c\u9577170\u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u897f\u6bb5\u70ba\u77f3\u780c\u6d29\u6d2a\u9053\uff0c\u9577 280 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u6709 1.75 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u6728 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5569 classtoolTips79'>\u9583\u5149\u677f<\/span>\u3002\u897f\u6bb5\u8a2d\u67094\u82f1\u5c3a\u5bec\u7684\u9b5a\u68af\u548c\u5411\u4e0b\u958b\u555f\u76846\u82f1\u5c3a\u5bec\u7684\u5783\u573e\u9598\u3002\u4e0a\u6e38\u9b5a\u68af\u8207\u524d\u6c60\u5e73\u884c\uff0c\u5f9e\u6c34\u58e9\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u5c3e\u6c34\u3002\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u9577\u7d04 85 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u5f9e\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u897f\u5074\u7684\u571f\u5824\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u897f\u5074\u9598\u9580\u7246\u3002\u9032\u6c34\u9598\u9580\u7d50\u69cb\u900f\u904e 6 \u500b\u624b\u52d5\u96fb\u52d5\u9f52\u689d\u548c\u5c0f\u9f52\u8f2a\u63a7\u5236\u6d41\u5165\u524d\u6c60\u7684\u6cb3\u6c34\u6d41\u91cf <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5578 classtoolTips153'>\u84cb\u8332<\/span>\u3002\u524d\u6c60\u9577\u7d04 225 \u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u5bec\u7d04 160 \u82f1\u5c3a\u3002\u524d\u6c60\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u9802\u90e8\u88dd\u6709 1.7 \u82f1\u5c3a\u7684\u64cb\u6c34\u677f\uff0c\u5c07\u6c34\u6c60\u9ad8\u7a0b\u63d0\u5347\u81f3\u6b63\u5e38\u6c34\u9762\u9ad8\u7a0b\u3002\u8a72\u6ea2\u6d2a\u9053\u5317\u908a\u662f\u571f\u5824\uff0c\u5357\u908a\u662f\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\uff0c\u5bec\u7d04 100 B \u985e\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u4f11\u9592\u7528\u9014\u3001\u9b5a\u985e\/\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fb2\u696d\u548c\u5de5\u696d\u4f9b\u61c9\u3002\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u767c\u73fe\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u6c34\u57df\uff0cCTDEEP \u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u5c0d\u8a08\u756b\u5c0d\u6c34\u8cea\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u8868\u793a\u4efb\u4f55\u64d4\u6182\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8b1d\u5854\u514b\u7279\u6cb3\u662f\u591a\u7a2e\u6d04\u6e38\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u591a\u7a2e\u7559\u68f2\u9b5a\u985e\u7684\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5305\u62ec\u7f8e\u6d32\u897f\u9be1\u3001\u6cb3\u9be1\u9b5a\u3001\u9be1\u9b5a\u3001\u5c71\u6838\u6843\u9b5a\u3001\u689d\u7d0b\u9c78\u9b5a\u3001\u85cd\u9c13\u9b5a\u3001\u8679\u9bea\u9b5a\u548c\u7f8e\u6d32\u9c3b\u3002 2004\u5e74\uff0c\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u5728CTDEEP\u7684\u5354\u5546\u4e0b\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u9c3b\u9b5a\u4e0a\u6e38\u901a\u9053\u5de5\u7a0b\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u5c0d Denil \u68af\u7d1a\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u521d\u6b65\u6e2c\u8a66\u767c\u73fe\u8a72\u901a\u9053\u63aa\u65bd\u662f\u6709\u6548\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u8a72\u5c08\u6848\u56e0\u4e0b\u6e38\u6c34\u58e9\u800c\u9762\u81e8\u71df\u904b\u6311\u6230\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u81ea\u9858\u8207 CTDEEP \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7528\u9c3b\u9b5a\u5347\u964d\u6a5f\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u68af\u5b50\u3002\u4e0b\u6e38\u904e\u9b5a\u8a2d\u65bd\u7dca\u9130\u767c\u96fb\u7ad9\u548c\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u8a72\u8a2d\u65bd\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u500b 5 \u82f1\u5c3a\u5bec\u300120 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9577\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u6536\u96c6\u5ba4\u3001\u4e00\u500b 5 \u82f1\u5c3a\u5bec\u30017 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u96d9\u8449\u4e0b\u958b\u5f0f\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u9598\u9580\u548c\u4e00\u500b\u5f9e\u73fe\u6709\u5c3e\u6c34\u7246\u4f38\u51fa\u7684 26 \u82f1\u5bf8\u76f4\u5f91\u7684\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u805a\u4e59\u70ef\u57cb\u5730\u7ba1\u9053\u3002\u9032\u5165\u901a\u9053\u7684\u6c34\u91cf\u900f\u904e\u8a2d\u7f6e\u5728\u9069\u7576\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u96fb\u52d5\u92fc\u88fd\u63a7\u5236\u9598\u9580\u4f86\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u9650\u5236\u9032\u5165\u901a\u9053\u7684\u6c34\u91cf\u3002 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5568 classtoolTips128'>\u9b5a\u9053<\/span>\u3002 2018 \u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u540c\u610f CTDEEP \u5c0d\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u6f01\u696d\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u6548\u6027\u7684\u7acb\u5834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u571f\u5730\u9762\u7a4d\u7d04\u70ba\u4e00\u82f1\u755d\u3002\u5468\u570d\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u4f4e\u77ee\u7684\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5c71\u4e18\uff0c\u9805\u76ee\u4e0b\u6e38\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u8f03\u9661\u5ced\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u3002\u786c\u6728\u68ee\u6797\u4e3b\u8981\u5206\u4f48\u5728\u9661\u5ced\u7684\u6cb3\u5cb8\u548c\u9ad8\u5730\u6cbf\u5cb8\u3002\u5c1a\u672a\u767c\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u4fb5\u8755\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e14\u7531\u65bc\u8a08\u756b\u4f54\u5730\u9762\u7a4d\u5c0f\uff0c\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u751f\u614b\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u571f\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u756b\u9644\u8fd1\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u53d7\u5a01\u8105\u6216\u7015\u5371\u7269\u7a2e\u5305\u62ec\u5317\u9577\u8033\u8760\u3001\u767d\u982d\u9df9\u548c\u85cd\u80cc\u9be1\u9b5a\u3002\u7d93\u8207\u5eb7\u4e43\u72c4\u514b\u5dde\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u5c40\u5354\u5546\uff0c\u5f97\u51fa\u7d50\u8ad6\uff1a\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u5217\u5165\u540d\u9304\u7684\u7269\u7a2e\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u3002\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u8a2d\u65bd\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5c0d\u85cd\u80cc\u9be1\u9b5a\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9810\u8a08\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u53ef\u80fd\u8a2a\u554f\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u767d\u982d\u9df9\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002 USFWS \u548c CTDEEP \u5df2\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7f3a\u4e4f\u81ea\u7136\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u548c\u6709\u6548\u7684\u9b5a\u985e\u901a\u9053\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u8a72\u8a08\u756b\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u7269\u7a2e\u7522\u751f\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u6700\u521d\u5efa\u65bc
