\u5c08\u6848.\u8a72\u6cb3\u76ee\u524d\u7528\u65bc\u91e3\u9b5a\u548c\u5212\u8239\u7b49\u4f11\u9592\u5a1b\u6a02\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u4f73\u5340\u57df\u4f4d\u65bc\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4e0a\u6e38\u7684\u56db\u689d\u652f\u6d41\u4e2d\u3002\u6b64\u5c08\u6848\u7531\u5e0c\u5340\u8003\u514b\u6c34\u96fb\u6709\u9650\u8cac\u4efb\u516c\u53f8 (Hitchcock Hydro, LLC) \u6240\u6709\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u4e00\u5ea7 250 \u82f1\u5c3a\u5bec\u300112 \u82f1\u5c3a\u9ad8\u7684\u78da\u77f3\u5efa\u7bc9 <span classtoolTips92'>\u8b8a\u96fb\u7ad9<\/span>\uff1b\u53ca\u9644\u5c6c\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u897f\u5074\u6bd7\u9130\u4e00\u5ea7\u5ee2\u68c4\u7684\u78e8\u574a\uff0c\u6771\u5074\u6bd7\u9130\u4e00\u689d\u9435\u8def\u3002\u4e0b\u6e38\u6cb3\u5cb8\u88ab\u88f8\u9732\u7684\u57fa\u5ca9\u9732\u982d\u6240\u5305\u570d\u3002\u8a08\u756b\u4e0b\u6e38\u7684\u6cb3\u6d41\u5165\u53e3\u4f4d\u65bc\u5c3e\u6c34\u6e20\u6771\u5824\uff0c\u53ef\u4f9b\u7368\u6728\u821f\u611b\u597d\u8005\u548c\u91e3\u5ba2\u4e0b\u6c34\u3002\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u6bd7\u9130\u5927\u58e9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7e5e\u884c\u7bc4\u570d\u5f88\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u904b\u71df\u65bc <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5643 classtoolTips52'>\u5f91\u6d41<\/span> \u63a1\u7528\u6b64\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u84c4\u6c34\u4e00\u5ea73\u82f1\u755d\u7684\u6c34\u5eab\u3002\u6b64\u5c08\u6848\u6700\u4f4e\u6d41\u91cf\u70ba22\u7acb\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\/\u79d2\u3002\u8a72\u5236\u5ea6\u662f\u6839\u64da\u7f8e\u570b\u9b5a\u985e\u53ca\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08USFWS\uff09\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u99ac\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u6f01\u696d\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u90e8\u9580\uff08MDFW\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5176\u5c0d\u8a72\u6d41\u91cf\u88fd\u5ea6\u5c0d\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u4fdd\u8b77\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u64d4\u6182\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u756b\u6d41\u57df\u5167\u7684\u6c34\u57df\u88ab\u6307\u5b9a\u70ba\u4e94\u7d1a\u53d7\u640d\u6216\u53d7\u5a01\u8105\u6c34\u57df\uff0c\u5176\u7f8e\u5b78\u50f9\u503c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9b5a\u985e\/\u6c34\u751f\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u7e41\u6b96\u53d7\u5230\u640d\u5bb3\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u640d\u5bb3\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u4f86\u6e90\u662f\u5e02\u653f <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5621 classtoolTips64'>\u9ede\u6e90<\/span> \u6392\u653e\/\u6c61\u6c34\u3002\u99ac\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u90e8\u5df2\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5c0d\u7b2c 5 \u985e\u6307\u5b9a\u6c92\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0b\u6e38\u7684\u5e7e\u500b\u81ea\u7136\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5929\u7136\u7011\u5e03\uff0c\u6b77\u53f2\u4e0a\u66fe\u963b\u7919\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u6eaf\u6cb3\u6d04\u6e38\u9b5a\u985e\u7684\u9077\u5f99\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u7684\u7f8e\u6d32\u9c3b\u65cf\u7fa4\u5df2\u5efa\u6709\u4e0a\u6e38\u9b5a\u9053\u3002\u8a72\u7269\u7a2e\u7684\u4e0a\u6e38\u9b5a\u9053\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u9c3b\u9b5a\u69fd\u5be6\u73fe\u3002\u4e0b\u6e38\u9b5a\u9053\u662f\u61c9\u99ac\u88e1\u862d\u5dde\u9b5a\u985e\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (MDFW) \u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5b89\u88dd\u7684\u3002\u8a72\u9b5a\u9053\u7531\u4e00\u500b45\u5ea6\u89d2\u7684\u9032\u6c34\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u8a72\u7d50\u69cb\u5e36\u6709\u6de8\u8ddd\u70ba1\u82f1\u5bf8\u7684\u6514\u6c61\u67f5\u3001\u4e00\u500b\u843d\u6c34\u7bb1\u548c\u4e00\u500b\u4e0b\u6e38\u7ba1\u9053\u65c1\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5de5\u7a0b\u571f\u5730\u9762\u7a4d\u7d04\u534a\u82f1\u755d\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5c08\u6848\u4f54\u5730\u9762\u7a4d\u5c0f\uff0c\u5c08\u6848\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u751f\u614b\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u571f\u5730\u3002\u8a08\u756b\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u767c\u73fe\u53d7\u5a01\u8105\u6216\u7015\u5371\u7269\u7a2e\u53ca\u5176\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u756b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u7684\u6587\u5316\u8cc7\u6e90\u5305\u62ec\u9644\u8fd1\u4e00\u865519\u4e16\u7d00\u9020\u7d19\u5ee0\u907a\u5740\uff0c\u8a72\u907a\u5740\u7b26\u5408\u570b\u5bb6\u7d1a\u6587\u7269\u4fdd\u8b77\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u7d93\u8207\u99ac\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u6b77\u53f2\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u78cb\u5546\uff0c\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4e0d\u592a\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u4efb\u4f55\u6b77\u53f2\u6216\u8003\u53e4\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u4f11\u9592\u8cc7\u6e90\u5305\u62ec\u7368\u6728\u821f\u642c\u904b\u3001\u5f92\u6b65\u5c0f\u5f91\u548c\u91e3\u9b5a\u901a\u9053\u3002\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u516c\u5171\u901a\u9053\u514d\u8cbb\u958b\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \u5982\u679c\u8cc7\u6e90\u6a5f\u69cb\u5728\u65b0\u7684 LIHI \u8b49\u66f8\u6709\u6548\u671f\u5167\u6b63\u5f0f\u8981\u6c42\u5c08\u6848\u4e0b\u6e38\u7f8e\u6d32\u9c3b\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6240\u6709\u8005\u61c9\u5728\u63a1\u53d6\u6b64\u985e\u884c\u52d5\u5f8c 90 \u5929\u5167\u901a\u77e5 LIHI\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u8cc7\u6e90\u6a5f\u69cb\u6279\u51c6\u8a08\u5283\u5f8c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b89\u88dd\u8a08\u5283\u548c\u6642\u9593\u8868\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2026:<\/strong> \u672a\u767c\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7136\u5408\u898f\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u689d\u4ef6 1\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5831\u544a\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u6c92\u6709\u8b8a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025:<\/strong> \u672a\u767c\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7136\u5408\u898f\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u689d\u4ef6 1\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5831\u544a\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u6c92\u6709\u8b8a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024:<\/strong> \u672a\u767c\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u66f4\u6216\u5408\u898f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5e74\u5ea6\u5be9\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u7136\u5408\u898f\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u689d\u4ef6 1\uff0c\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5831\u544a\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u6c92\u6709\u8b8a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2023:<\/strong>
