Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la section 5.3.4 du manuel LIHI, la d\u00e9livrance d&#039;une modification de licence par la FERC affectant les crit\u00e8res LIHI constitue une \u00ab\u00a0modification importante\u00a0\u00bb et d\u00e9clenche une \u00e9valuation de mi-parcours de la certification LIHI. Une nouvelle p\u00e9riode de certification peut \u00eatre accord\u00e9e si le projet continue de satisfaire aux crit\u00e8res LIHI, m\u00eame si la p\u00e9riode de certification actuelle n&#039;a pas encore expir\u00e9. Le demandeur, Pacificorp, a soumis un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des modifications op\u00e9rationnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la modification de licence par la FERC. <a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/fr\/lihi-certificate-53-bear-river-hydroelectric-project-idaho\/\">ICI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le LIHI sollicite des commentaires sur ce changement. Les commentaires directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res sp\u00e9cifiques du LIHI (d\u00e9bits, qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;eau, <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5566 classtoolTips59'>passage des poissons<\/span>, etc.) seront tr\u00e8s utiles, mais tous les commentaires seront pris en compte.
