Ce recours doit inclure une explication expliquant en quoi le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes de recours peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courriel \u00e0 l&#039;adresse suivante\u00a0: <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> avec \u00ab\u00a0Projet Loring Road\u00a0\u00bb en objet, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 1167 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476.
