Seuls les participants ayant comment\u00e9 la demande initiale pendant ce d\u00e9lai de 60 jours sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9poser un recours. Ce recours doit inclure une explication expliquant en quoi le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes de recours peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courriel \u00e0 l&#039;adresse suivante\u00a0: <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> avec \u00ab Bear River Project \u00bb dans l\u2019objet du message, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 1167 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476.
