Les projets sont Red Bridge (LIHI #96), Putts Bridge (LIHI #102), Indian Orchard (LIHI #112) et Dwight (LIHI #170). Cet amendement a autoris\u00e9 des modifications dans les op\u00e9rations de chaque projet \u00e0 compter du 1er janvier 2022. <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5617 classtoolTips132'>culminant<\/span> \u00e0 <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5643 classtoolTips52'>au fil de l&#039;eau<\/span> Les variations des d\u00e9bits minimaux de d\u00e9rivation dans certains projets. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la section 5.3.4 de la 2e \u00e9dition du manuel LIHI, r\u00e9vision 2.05, publication d&#039;une d\u00e9cision de la FERC <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5562 classtoolTips113'>exemption<\/span> Toute modification affectant les crit\u00e8res LIHI constitue un \u00ab\u00a0changement important\u00a0\u00bb et d\u00e9clenche un examen \u00e0 mi-parcours de la certification LIHI. De nouvelles conditions de certification peuvent \u00eatre accord\u00e9es si les projets continuent de satisfaire aux crit\u00e8res LIHI, m\u00eame si la p\u00e9riode de certification actuelle n&#039;est pas encore expir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le demandeur, Central Rivers Power, MA, LLC (filiale de LS Power\/Patriot Hydro, LLC), a soumis un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des modifications op\u00e9rationnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la modification de l&#039;exemption de la FERC.
