Le dossier complet et le rapport d&#039;\u00e9valuation sont disponibles.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/fr\/high-falls-project-new-york\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">ICI.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est pr\u00e9liminaire en attendant la p\u00e9riode d&#039;appel de 30 jours. Seuls ceux qui ont comment\u00e9 la demande initiale pendant la p\u00e9riode de commentaires de 60 jours sont \u00e9ligibles pour d\u00e9poser un appel. Un tel appel doit inclure une explication sur la raison pour laquelle le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes d&#039;appel peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a>\u00a0avec \u00ab\u00a0American Tissue Project\u00a0\u00bb dans l&#039;objet, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 1167 Massachusetts Ave. Arlington, MA 02476.
