Le projet est situ\u00e9 sur le fleuve Columbia, dans l&#039;\u00c9tat de Washington.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est pr\u00e9liminaire en attendant la p\u00e9riode d&#039;appel de 30 jours. Seuls ceux qui ont comment\u00e9 la demande initiale pendant la p\u00e9riode de commentaires de 60 jours sont \u00e9ligibles pour d\u00e9poser un appel. Un tel appel doit inclure une explication sur la raison pour laquelle le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes d&#039;appel peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org <\/a>avec \u00ab\u00a0Projet de passe migratoire nord du barrage de Dalles\u00a0\u00bb en objet, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 1167 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476. Toutes les demandes seront publi\u00e9es sur le site web.
