Le certificat comprend la condition suivante :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condition 1 :<\/strong> Le propri\u00e9taire de l&#039;installation doit informer le LIHI dans les 60 jours suivant l&#039;ach\u00e8vement du passage \u00e0 anguilles en amont qui devrait \u00eatre install\u00e9 d&#039;ici le 1er mai 2021. La notification doit inclure des copies de toutes les approbations re\u00e7ues du DOI et\/ou du Maine DMR concernant la conception et l&#039;installation finales.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est pr\u00e9liminaire en attendant la p\u00e9riode d&#039;appel de 30 jours. Seuls ceux qui ont comment\u00e9 la demande initiale pendant la p\u00e9riode de commentaires de 60 jours sont \u00e9ligibles pour d\u00e9poser un appel. Un tel appel doit inclure une explication sur la raison pour laquelle le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes d&#039;appel peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> avec \u00ab Freedom Falls Project \u00bb dans la ligne d\u2019objet, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420. Toutes les demandes seront publi\u00e9es sur le site Web. Le demandeur aura la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre et toute r\u00e9ponse sera \u00e9galement publi\u00e9e.
