Cette certification est sans condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est pr\u00e9liminaire en attendant la p\u00e9riode d&#039;appel de 30 jours. Seuls ceux qui ont comment\u00e9 la demande initiale pendant la p\u00e9riode de commentaires de 60 jours sont \u00e9ligibles pour d\u00e9poser un appel. Un tel appel doit inclure une explication sur la raison pour laquelle le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes d&#039;appel peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> avec \u00ab Summersville Project \u00bb dans l\u2019objet du message, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420. Toutes les demandes seront publi\u00e9es sur le site Web. Le demandeur aura la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre et toute r\u00e9ponse sera \u00e9galement publi\u00e9e. <strong>Les demandes doivent \u00eatre re\u00e7ues avant 17 heures, heure de l&#039;Est, le 19 septembre 2020.<\/strong>.
