La certification est assortie d&#039;une condition\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condition 1 : <\/strong>Le propri\u00e9taire de l&#039;installation doit fournir \u00e0 LIHI des documents attestant que le canal ouest <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5551 classtoolTips110'>d\u00e9rivation<\/span> mur et le <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5574 classtoolTips146'>buse<\/span> extension \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e du chenal Est <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5568 classtoolTips128'>passe \u00e0 poissons<\/span> sont termin\u00e9s et op\u00e9rationnels au plus tard le 1er mai 2021; ou s&#039;ils ne sont pas termin\u00e9s \u00e0 cette date, le propri\u00e9taire doit fournir un rapport sur l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;avancement du projet, y compris la consultation de l&#039;organisme de ressources et un calendrier d&#039;ach\u00e8vement du projet.<br>Cette d\u00e9cision est pr\u00e9liminaire en attendant la p\u00e9riode d&#039;appel de 30 jours. Seuls ceux qui ont comment\u00e9 la demande initiale pendant la p\u00e9riode de commentaires de 60 jours sont \u00e9ligibles pour d\u00e9poser un appel. Un tel appel doit inclure une explication sur la raison pour laquelle le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes d&#039;appel peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> avec \u00ab\u00a0Projet hydro\u00e9lectrique Cataract\u00a0\u00bb en objet, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420. Toutes les demandes seront publi\u00e9es sur le site web.
