La certification comprend la condition suivante\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condition 1 :<\/strong> Le propri\u00e9taire de l&#039;installation continuera d&#039;exploiter le projet conform\u00e9ment au protocole d&#039;accord de 2019 (<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_5602 classtoolTips160'>MOA<\/span>) avec l&#039;ODFW et l&#039;ODEQ et fournir des mises \u00e0 jour de l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;avancement au LIHI dans les d\u00e9clarations annuelles de conformit\u00e9. Ces mises \u00e0 jour doivent pr\u00e9ciser si les op\u00e9rations sont modifi\u00e9es suite au programme de gestion adaptative ou si le protocole d&#039;accord est r\u00e9vis\u00e9 pendant la dur\u00e9e du LIHI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est pr\u00e9liminaire en attendant la p\u00e9riode d&#039;appel de 30 jours. Seuls ceux qui ont comment\u00e9 la demande initiale pendant la p\u00e9riode de commentaires de 60 jours sont \u00e9ligibles pour d\u00e9poser un appel. Un tel appel doit inclure une explication sur la raison pour laquelle le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI. Les demandes d&#039;appel peuvent \u00eatre soumises par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:comments@lowimpacthydro.org\">comments@lowimpacthydro.org<\/a> avec \u00ab\u00a0Projet de district d&#039;irrigation agricole\u00a0\u00bb en objet, ou par courrier adress\u00e9 au Low Impact Hydropower Institute, 329 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 6, Lexington, MA 02420. Toutes les demandes seront publi\u00e9es sur le site web. Le demandeur aura la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre, et toute r\u00e9ponse sera \u00e9galement publi\u00e9e. <strong>Les demandes doivent \u00eatre re\u00e7ues avant 17 heures, heure de l&#039;Est, le 18 juillet 2020.<\/strong>.
