Seules les personnes ayant formul\u00e9 des observations sur les demandes initiales durant la p\u00e9riode de consultation publique de 60 jours peuvent interjeter appel. Cet appel doit expliquer en quoi un ou plusieurs projets ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI.
