Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la section 5.3.4 de la 2e \u00e9dition du Manuel LIHI, la d\u00e9livrance d&#039;une nouvelle licence constitue un \u201c\u00a0changement important\u00a0\u201d et d\u00e9clenche un examen \u00e0 mi-parcours de la certification LIHI. Un nouveau certificat peut \u00eatre accord\u00e9 si le projet continue de satisfaire aux crit\u00e8res LIHI, m\u00eame si le certificat actuel n&#039;est pas encore arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance.
