Seuls les candidats ayant comment\u00e9 les demandes initiales pendant ce d\u00e9lai de 60 jours sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9poser un recours. Ce recours doit inclure une explication expliquant en quoi le projet ne r\u00e9pond pas aux crit\u00e8res du LIHI.
