Estos proyectos se ubican en el r\u00edo Chicopee, Massachusetts. La decisi\u00f3n preliminar se anunci\u00f3 el 28 de noviembre de 2023, iniciando el plazo de apelaci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas.
