La solicitud completa y el informe del revisor est\u00e1n disponibles\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lowimpacthydro.org\/es\/high-falls-project-new-york\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">AQU\u00cd.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n es preliminar y est\u00e1 pendiente del per\u00edodo de apelaci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas. Solo aquellos que comentaron sobre la solicitud inicial durante el per\u00edodo de comentarios de 60 d\u00edas son elegibles para presentar una apelaci\u00f3n. Dicha apelaci\u00f3n debe incluir una explicaci\u00f3n de por qu\u00e9 el Proyecto no cumple con los criterios de LIHI.
